In the Buddhafields, she is spoken of as Tara because of liberation. The essence of self-arising is wisdom itself, because it is the basis of all and pervasive. The nature of Bodhicitta is said to be the essence of the earth. The self-arising essence, Bodhicitta, is like the sky, beyond thought and expression. That which transcends boundaries, centers, exaggerations, and slanders, that is the essence of space. Why? Because with immeasurable compassion, she sees beings crossing the river of existence without weariness, therefore, Avalokiteshvara is the lord of the lotus. With the Vajra of realization and non-duality, she destroys the self-grasping and signs of the extremes, therefore, she is Vajrapani. The common and the special, the four secret consciousnesses. The common object and the special, from the connection of skillful means and wisdom, through representation, realization, and meditation, manifest as the four goddesses. Bodhicitta and bliss, exceedingly charming with the bliss of skillful means, therefore, this goddess is said to be the charming one. All the differences of inner and outer sounds of liberated and unliberated samsara, proclaiming like an echo, without obstruction, she is the garland-bearer. The nature of satisfaction that is shown, is the distinction of having fragrance. The nature of sound is satisfying and the mind is happy, that is Vajra Gitima. Like pervading with taste and transforming into dance, the dance of the four great blisses, pervading, beautiful, satisfying, and liberating from non-abiding, therefore, she is the dancer. The sounds of adornment and attachment, the garland of the mind and the dance of bliss, are the nature of the four goddesses. To the limitless beings who have not realized, acting with innate compassion, benefiting all and protecting, this is called Maitreya. With the distinction of realization, habituation, and completion, eliminating the order of actions and afflictions, this is called Eliminator of Obscurations. If one realizes the place of skillful means and wisdom, why? Because one does not abide in abandoning and taking, all inner and outer containers and contents, without distinction, therefore, it is Samantabhadra. All grasping of self and others, with uncontaminated wisdom, cutting the net of views, therefore, the uncontaminated wisdom is the body of Manjushri. Including the seed syllables of the senses, with places, realization, and meditation, it is spoken of because it appears manifestly. The four times are the order of two and eight, that is, liberation, joy, and, it is spoken of because the realm of activity is pure, the speech is satisfied with fragrance and bliss, and the mind is without weariness, therefore, it is Vajra.
