If the branch vow is broken, Then examine all the profound scriptures, That reveal the meaning of Dharmata and space, Greatly examine their meaning. Thus, there is no damage to the branches. If the recitation vow is broken, Then to a master who is a wise person, Establish a great Dharma hall to uphold the teachings, Take on the responsibility of the patrons, Gather all those with intellectual prowess, Proclaim the nectar of the sacred Dharma. Furthermore, write all the vast scriptures of the teachings and make offerings of Dharma. By doing so, deficiencies in discipline will be restored. The supreme method of meditative skill is to place a red vein of light, like a mirror, on the crown of those with habitual tendencies. It should blaze intensely, shimmering and clear, burning away the aggregates of attachment. The nature of liberation and the nature of light are inseparable. From this, three drops of light, white, red, and blue, are transformed. Spreading white light is vast and extensive. Spreading red light intensifies attachment. Blue is the seed syllable of the heart. From the union of these three, the habitual tendencies of body, speech, and mind are burned away. The vows of body, speech, and mind are fulfilled. White is on the wind-moon mandala. Red arises as the wind of expulsion, utterly destroying the habitual tendencies of signs. Red is on the water-moon mandala. Blue arises as the water of wisdom, washing away all the stains of phenomena. When it becomes clear in this way, the yogi should speak these words: Burning substances requires fire, but burning habitual tendencies does not require fire. From the arising of the fire of awareness and wisdom, the firewood of signs is burned. Destroying the world requires wind, but destroying signs does not require wind. From the arising of the wind of awareness and wisdom, the dust of signs is completely swept away. Washing the body requires water, but washing the mind does not require water. The river of equanimity is the pool of bathing. Adopt the conduct of the eight branches, practice meditation, and burn the offerings. Regarding the vows of the lineage of ignorance, one should know and realize them. If, through the power of incorrect ignorance, the fierce vows are lost, in the lingam of the palace of space, in the center of the moon mandala, the self-nature of A is clear and radiant.
