།གཡོན་པའི་ཕྲག་པ་དང་དཔུང་པའི་ཚིགས་ལ་དབོའི་ཟླ་བའི་ཚེས་གྲངས་སུམ་ཅུའི་དབྱེ་བས་རྩ་སུམ་ཅུའོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་གཡས་པའི་ཉེ་བའི་དཔུང་བའི་ཚིགས་ལ་ནག་པའི་ཟླ་བའི་རྩ་རྣམས་སོ། 髋部关节有昴星团月的三十条脉。右脚和髋部关节有首月（藏历一月）的三十条脉。左脚和髋部关节有具国王之月（藏历十二月）三十日性质的三十条脉，如此脚部的六个关节的业之轮有一百八十多条脉。因为是业之自在的所作所为开始进入的最初，所以是业之轮。从这些脉中，以具有日夜顶点的（方式），即各自以三日夜运行，三年中以超过八十日的千数，以这些来用命气舍弃三百六十条脉。“所作”的“所”是指做取和行等所作，所以是所作，手和脚的六十个指关节有六脉自性的轮，是地、水、火、风、空和智慧脉的自性。安住于各个关节是六脉的自性。六十个关节有三百六十条脉。从那些脉中，各个脉以三日夜完全舍弃，如业之轮一样。当右手的近臂的关节舍弃三十条脉时，右手五个手指的上方舍弃六六条脉，如此以月的日夜日数，五个手指舍弃三十条脉。左手也应如是理解。当右臂的近臂的关节舍弃时，手指中间关节的交界处舍弃三十条脉。左手也如是。当右肩和手臂的关节舍弃时，手指下方的关节交界处以九十日夜舍弃三十条脉。左手也应如是知晓。当右脚和髋部关节舍弃三十条脉时，右脚脚趾上方的关节交界处以九十日夜舍弃三十条脉。左脚也如是。当右髋部和腿的关节舍弃时，手指中间的关节交界处
