The thirty-three days of movement and the thirty-three days of transformation exhaust the realm of darkness. Thus, the exhaustion of the phlegm (Bacon, a Tibetan medical concept referring to mucus) channel is the realm of fortitude, the exhaustion of the bile channel is the realm of dust, and the exhaustion of the wind channel is called the realm of darkness, which is achieved through the thirty-three days of movement and the thirty-three days of transformation. Adding up the days of both "houses" results in three years less three days, and one hundred and eleven (one hundred and ten one hundred-days) exceeding twenty-two days in three directions. Cutting off the five chakras and the channels of fortitude, dust, and darkness is the life-force wind completely abandoning its position. Thus, the life-force flows through half a month and all the days of up to three years. Then, the other thirty (days) are the collection of days of the month of conception, possessing the nature of thirty days. During the three nights of life, it flows in the right channel and there is no transformation at all. In thirty-three days, it completely cuts off the skandhas and dhatus. Here, there are the five skandhas such as form, the five dhatus such as earth, the five senses such as the body's senses, the five objects such as smells, the five action senses such as the excretory passage, and the five objects of action senses such as speech. These are cut off by thirty-three days, and there is no correct combination between them. Then, in order to exhaust the wheel of breath, one day enters the central channel. The sixth skandha, the sixth dhatu, the sixth sense, the sixth object, the sixth action sense, and the object of the sixth action sense, the transformation of semen becomes the end of death. This is the certainty of cutting off the skandhas, dhatus, and ayatanas. Now, the flow of the dying breath of things born from "breath" and so on is told. Here, the wheel of breath, the water clock wheel, the hour wheel, and the day wheel in the body are the same as outside. Among them, the nature of six breaths is the wheel of breath. The nature of sixty water clocks is the water clock wheel. The nature of sixty hours is

This is the wheel of hours. The nature of one hundred and eighty days and nights is the wheel of death omens. The nature of fifty-six days plus eleven centuries is the wheel of the days and nights of the death of time. The cause of death in these wheels is the nature of breath, the nature of water clocks, the nature of hours, and the nature of days and nights, because the left and right veins each increase in number. First, the slight movement of breath is said to be from the limb of movement, such as seven years. Here, if any being has no omen of death at the age of one hundred, then the death of time will occur. The second movement is the flow of life-force wind with five mandalas descending in the left and right veins. Then, in the third movement, one breath flows in the sky mandala of the left vein. The fourth does not flow. Then, in the fifth movement of the third year, two breaths flow in the earth mandala of the right vein. Again, The sixth movement does not flow. Then, in the seventh movement, three breaths flow in the sky mandala of the left vein. The eighth is not. Similarly, in the ninth, four breaths flow in the earth mandala of the right vein. The tenth is not. Again, in the eleventh, five breaths flow in the emptiness mandala of the left vein. The twelfth is also. Then, in the thirteenth movement, six breaths flow in the earth mandala of the right vein. The fourteenth movement is not. Thus, six breaths make a wheel, which becomes a lipta or one water clock. Here, there are seven years less than half a month. From this point, breath no longer flows on the wheel of the water clock, and the substance of the water clock flows the water clock from the power of the movement of action, the year is also sixty, that is, on top of those seven years, for the other sixty years, those movements that are separated by one, the unequal water clocks, etc., starting with one in the sky mandala of the left vein, are between fifty-nine water clocks, and the equal ones, etc., starting with two in the earth mandala of the right vein, are unequal between sixty water clocks.
