།སྲོག་ནི་རྩ་སུ་ཤུམྣ་ལའོ། །ཐུར་སེལ་ནི་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་གྲངས་དུང་ཅན་མ་གང་གིས་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་ཟག་པར་བྱེད་པ་དེ་ལ་ལྷག་པའི་ལྷའོ་ཞེས་པ་དེ་ལྟར་རླུང་རྣམ་པ་བཅུ་ནི་རྩའི་འཁོར་ལོ་ལ་ལས་ཀྱི་དབྱེ་བས་ཡང་དག་པར་གནས་སོ། །སྲོག་ལ་སོགས་པ་འདི་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་རྩ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བདུན་ཅུ་རྩ་གཉིས་པོ་རྣམས་ལ་ཁྱབ་པ་སྟེ་འོན་ཀྱང་གནས་བརྒྱད་ལ་སྐྱེས་པ་བརྒྱད་དོ། །དུང་ཅན་མཐའ་ཡས་ཨི་ཌ་ལ་སོགས་རང་གི་སྙིང་ཁའི་པདྨ་རྩ་ཡི་འཁོར་ལོ་མཐའ་དག་གོ་ཞེས་པ་མཉམ་གནས་ལ་སོགས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྐྱེ་བའི་གནས་ཏེ་སྙིང་ཁའི་འཁོར་ལོའི་ངེས་པའོ། །ད་ནི་སྲོག་ཅེས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པས་སྲོག་ལ་སོགས་པའི་བྱ་བ་གསུངས་ཏེ། འདིར་ལུས་ལ་སྲོག་གིས་སྲོག་སྟེ་སྟོབས་བྱེད་དོ། །ཉི་མ་ཟླ་བའི་ལམ་ན་གནས་པར་གྱུར་པ་ན་སྟེ་ཉི་མའི་ལམ་ནི་དམར་སེར་རམ་ར་ས་ནཱའོ། །ཟླ་བའི་ལམ་ནི་ཨི་ཌའམ་ལ་ལ་ནཱ་སྟེ་དེའི་ལམ་ལ་གནས་པ་ནི་གནས་པའོ། །ཀྱང་ནི་ཚིག་ཕྲད་ཀྱི་དོན་ཏོ། །བཟའ་དང་བཏུང་བ་མ་ལུས་པ་ནི་རོ་དྲུག་ཟོས་པ་དང་ཆུ་ལ་སོགས་པ་འཐུངས་པ་སྟེ། དེ་དག་མ་ལུས་པ་ཐུར་སེལ་གྱི་རླུང་གིས་འོག་ཏུ་འདྲེན་ཏེ་ཞེས་པ་ ནི་ལུང་ངོ་། །མཐའ་དག་རོ་མཉམ་སྟེ་མཚུངས་པའི་རོའི་བར་དུ་ལུས་ལ་མཉམ་གནས་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་རླུང་གིས་འཐོབ་པར་བྱེད་དེ་ཁམས་བདུན་རོ་མཉམ་པར་བྱེད་དོ་ཞེས་པའི་དོན་ཏོ། །ལུས་ལ་གྱེན་རྒྱུ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་རླུང་གིས་གཡོ་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཁ་དང་ལག་པ་རྐང་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་གླུ་དང་ཟློས་གར་བྱེད་དེ་ལུས་འདི་ལ་གྱེན་རྒྱུ་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་ཁས་གླུ་ལ་སོགས་པ་དང་དགོད་པ་དང་སྨྲ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་བྱེད་དོ། །ལག་པ་རྐང་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཟློས་གར་དང་འགྲོ་བ་ལ་སོགས་བྱེད་དོ། །ཁྱབ་བྱེད་ཀྱིས་ནི་ནད་དག་བྱེད་དེ་རང་བཞིན་ཡོན་ཏན་དབང་གིས་ཞེས་པ་ནི་ཆུའི་རང་བཞིན་གྱི་དབང་གིས་ཏེ་ཇི་ལྟར་ལུས་ནི་འཇིག་པ་སྟེ་དེ་ལྟ་ཉིད་དུ་ནད་བྱེད་དོ། །ཀླུ་ཡང་སྒྲེགས་པ་བྱེད་པ་ཉིད་དེ་གསལ་བར་ལག་པ་རྐང་པ་བསྐུམ་པ་དག་ནི་རུས་སྦལ་རླུང་གིས་སོ། །དེ་ནི་ཞེས་པ་ཁྲོ་བ་དང་གཡེང་བ་མཐའ་དག་རྩངས་པའི་རླུང་གིས་བྱེད་དོ། །གླ་ལ་བདག་ཀྱང་ལྷ་སྦྱིན་གྱིས་བྱེད་དོ། །ལུས་ནི་ལྔ་པ་ཉིད་དུ་གྱུར་པ་ནོར་ལས་རྒྱལ་བའི་རླུང་གིས་གཏོང་བར་མི་བྱེད་དོ། །མི་ཡི་བདག་པོ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་བོད་པའོ། །རླུང་གཅིག་ནོར་ལས་རྒྱལ་བའོ་ཞེས་སོ། །དེ་ལྟར་བརྗོད་པའི་རིམ་པས་སྲོག་ལ་སོགས་པའི་རླུང་རྣམས་ཐམས་ཅད་དེ་རླུང་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་རང་བཞིན་གྱིས་གནས་ཡོན་ཏན་དག་

生命在于命根梵穴中。下行清扫者，以何方之数，以何具螺号者，令菩提心漏失，彼为殊胜之天。如是十种风，以业之差别，真实安住于脉轮之中。此等生命等，遍布于七万二千脉中，然于八处生出八者。具螺号无边伊达等，各自心间莲花脉轮皆是，所谓平住等之生处，即心间轮之决定也。今以生命等之语，宣说生命等之作用。于此，生命以生命力于身中起作用。若住于日月之道，日道为赤黄或罗娑那（梵文天城体：rasanā，梵文罗马拟音：rasanā，汉语字面意思：味）。月道为伊达或罗罗那，住于彼道即为住也。然乃语助词之义。所食所饮无余者，即食六味及饮水等，彼等无余者，下行风引至下，此乃圣教。一切皆味等，于同等味之间，由身中名为平住之风所获得，即令七界味等之义也。身中由名为上行之风所摇动。口与手足等作歌舞，此身中由上行自身，口作歌等，及笑语等。手足等作舞蹈及行等。遍行者则行诸病，所谓自性功德力者，乃水之自性力也，如身乃坏灭者，如是亦行病也。龙亦作呕吐，明了地收缩手足等乃龟风也。彼即愤怒与散乱一切，由藏风所作也。于睡亦由天施所作也。身乃第五者，不令胜财风所舍。人之主即为藏人。一风胜财也。如是依所说之次第，生命等一切诸风，彼等风以自性而住功德等。

Life resides in the root sushumna. The downward cleanser, by what number of directions, with what conch-holder, causes the bodhichitta to leak, that is the supreme deity. Thus, the ten kinds of winds truly abide in the chakra of the channels, differentiated by karma. All these, such as life, pervade the seventy-two thousand channels, yet eight are born in eight places. The conch-holder, infinite Ida, etc., are all the lotus channel wheels in their own hearts, the birthplace of what is called equilibrium, etc., is the determination of the heart wheel. Now, with the words of life, etc., the functions of life, etc., are declared. Here, life uses life force in the body. If it dwells in the path of the sun and moon, the sun path is reddish-yellow or Rasana (Sanskrit Devanagari: rasanā, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: rasanā, literal meaning: taste). The moon path is Ida or Lalana, dwelling in that path is dwelling. However, it is the meaning of a particle. What is eaten and drunk without remainder, that is, eating the six tastes and drinking water, etc., those without remainder, the downward wind leads to the bottom, this is the holy teaching. All are equal in taste, between equal tastes, obtained by the wind called equilibrium in the body, that is, making the seven realms equal in taste. In the body, it is moved by the wind called upward-moving. The mouth, hands, and feet, etc., perform songs and dances, in this body, by the upward-moving itself, the mouth makes songs, etc., and laughter, speech, etc. The hands and feet, etc., perform dances and actions, etc. The pervasive one causes diseases, the so-called nature of merit power is the power of the nature of water, such as the body is destroyed, so it also causes disease. The dragon also vomits, clearly contracting the hands and feet, etc., is the turtle wind. That is, all anger and distraction are done by the hidden wind. Sleep is also done by the god-given. The body is the fifth, not abandoned by the victorious wealth wind. The lord of men is the Tibetan. One wind is victorious wealth. Thus, according to the order of what is said, all the winds such as life, those winds abide in qualities such as nature.
