By completely abandoning half the circle and enjoying it out of order, one becomes more powerful. The inferior Saturn and Venus are slow, and are more powerful in the latter half of the sequence. The so-called "power of inherent qualities" refers to the power of the qualities of the elements. The remaining movements, i.e., those arising from the three movements, etc., are powerless. When moving quickly, the direction changes to the east; in the first half of the rapid movement of all planets, the direction changes to the east. Again, when they enter into retrograde motion, they manifestly turn to another direction, i.e., manifestly towards the west. Slow movement in the latter half of the sequence will change direction like the south. It also occurs due to the power of self-motion qualities; likewise, in the latter half of the non-sequential, it will face north; this word is for emitting sound, and is the meaning of the power of the earth. Now, the feet of the sun and moon are spoken of, that is, the thirty days and nights of the moon, which are converted by "water treasure," that is, converted by four; those "empty-eyed moons" are the feet of the moon, that is, between seven days and nights, for the sake of the moon's partial increase, they will become one hundred and twenty feet, which will be explained from what will be spoken. The twelve houses are converted by four, and the eight and Vedas are the same; in six months they will become the feet of the sun. This will also be explained from what will be spoken; here is only a brief determination of these feet. Within them, decrease and increase are also due to the movement, with sequence and without sequence. In half a circle, all the numbers of wealth and time, that is, the number of forty-eight, should be known when one wants to express it. Now, the characteristics of Rahu entering the lunar mandala are spoken of, i.e., "segment boundary," etc.; the segment boundary is the end of Pisces or the end of the sky. Rahu will strongly enter the circle of the hare, and so is the circle. The word circle here refers to the nature of sixty hours, that is, the enjoyment of one constellation, which is also due to the holding of all, and should be understood as the nature of the twelve houses and the nature of one-sixteenth. If it is completely pure, it can hold all; if Rahu enjoys the
