Regarding "From this year, six hundred years, the lord of men named Shambhala will appear," "this year" refers to the year the Tathagata taught the Dharma. Six hundred years from that year, in the land north of the Sita River called Shambhala, the name will appear, which is the statement of the prophecy. "Manjushri's great name will appear clearly" means that he will manifest an emanation body. Then, "the hundred years of the dragon" refers to after the name passes into nirvana, the dragon, that is, after eight hundred years, certainly The religion of the barbarians will prevail mercilessly in the realm of the sky. South of the Sita River, the realm of the sky is adorned with countless cities, and the non-divine Dharma of the barbarian Taziks will prevail. In that barbarian era, people will clearly recognize the minor actions in the world. "The tenets completely decline" refers to the tenets of Brahma, the sun, the naked ones, and the hairy ones. "Land" refers to the land south of the Sita River. In places like Shambhala, the tenets of Buddhism do not completely decline. Regarding "will arise in the Kalachakra," "Kalachakra" refers to the religion of the barbarians. Combined with those tenets, it will arise from the Kalachakra. Here, if the movement of the planets in the various schools is to be accomplished by women and children, then children and others will quickly understand the planets. Therefore, those malicious heretics born from jealousy, if all women and children and so on understand the movement of the planets, then who will respect us? Therefore, they conspired to hide the tenets of the various schools and to carry out the actions of the tantras and so on. So they hid the tenets of the various schools and elucidated the actions of the tantras and so on. Because of this, children found it unbearable to see and fled far away, and no longer used the name of astrology. In the tantras, there are many collections of days and nights, and in the actions, there are also elaborations of the four activities of slowness and speed and so on.
