Just as transformation and speech occur, so too is the primordial Buddha. The term 'primordial' signifies the meaning of having no beginning and no end. In beginningless time, the Buddhas without beginning have taught, will teach, and do teach, meaning the Tathāgatas Dīpaṃkara and Śākyamuni did not speak alone. Here, Vajrapāṇi says: "The Buddhas of the past have spoken, the Buddhas of the future will also speak, the perfect Buddhas who appear now, and whatever is repeatedly spoken, in this great net of magical illusion tantra, the great Vajradhara, holder of secrets, with immeasurable pure joy, whatever is repeatedly sung in truth." Therefore, for the sake of this prayer of reciting the true names, all the Tathāgatas have spoken the mantra vehicle. Here, from the Compendium, it is said that from the Tathāgata Dīpaṃkara to Śākyamuni, no Tathāgata has spoken the mantra vehicle, which means at that time and at that moment. At the time of teaching the Dharma in the noble land (India), due to the pride of the four castes and according to the thoughts of sentient beings without fortune, it was not taught to the retinue in the noble land. It is not the case that it was not taught to the retinue of other realms at other times. For the sake of this teaching of the Tathāgata, all the Tathāgatas are teachers who teach the three vehicles. Otherwise, one would not become omniscient, because one is not a teacher who teaches the Vajra vehicle. Therefore, due to the thoughts of sentient beings, all the Tathāgatas are teachers who teach the three vehicles and also teachers who teach the eighty-four thousand collections of Dharma. Therefore, it is embraced by the True Name that manifests the wisdom body of Vajradhara. The manifestation of the Vajra words of all the kings of tantras means that in this Vajra vehicle, due to the thoughts of sentient beings, among all the kings of tantras, it is hidden in Vajra words, and the fourth is also the same, as the Tathāgata has said. The fourth is not the third, because the fourth is spoken.

Because it is also said thus. The very nature of wisdom transforms into the fourth. Because of the words of the Bhagavan, it is hidden in the vajra speech. In all the kings of tantras, the vajra speech is not very clear, it should be understood through the order of the guru lineage, the tantra should be understood by other tantras, thus spoke the Tathagata. This mantra principle has two kinds of vajra speech, one is the conventional truth, and the other is the ultimate truth. Among them, the vajra speech of the conventional truth is to grant the accomplishment of vows for activities such as killing. The true vajra speech of the ultimate truth, that is, the fourth one is also like that, it can grant the fruit of the accomplishment of the Mahamudra. In this first Buddha, those vajra speeches have been made clear by the Bhagavan with very clear display, narration, and extreme narration. To accomplish it, the practice of Mahamudra, the path of signs such as smoke, has been made very clear. Focus on emptiness with one mind, one day should be fully observed. Because of the words of the Bhagavan, in the ultimate first Buddha, the path of vajra speech Mahamudra practice, smoke, etc. are very clear, it does not come from the order of the guru lineage, nor is it the blessing of the guru. This path also has faith in day and night, one day should be fully observed, because the Bhagavan said so. Here, abandoning the signs such as smoke, the yogi should not fully observe other methods of practice such as mantras in one day. There are also three kinds of signs, namely the initial sign, the intermediate sign, and the final sign. The initial sign is the path of smoke, etc. and the six-limbed union, obtaining the unchanging moment of body completion. The intermediate sign is obtaining the first ground with one hundred and fourteen extremely unchanging moments, as well as the five superknowledges and seeing the unseen meaning as it is, and obtaining worldly accomplishments. The final sign is the Buddha himself and the Vajra.
