I shall do. I shall cause the rain to fall in due season. The flowers, fruits, and crops shall all be perfectly accomplished. I shall eliminate all fears caused by flesh flies, long-beaked flies, mice, snakes, frogs, Traimabuka, Makshika, Trailata, Shatapada, bees, parrots, and mountain sparrows. I shall utterly destroy. I shall completely pacify all plagues and contagious diseases. I shall avert. O Blessed One, henceforth I shall not engage in all sinful deeds. I shall prevent harmful rainfall and all untimely rain. O Blessed One, I shall abide by my own vow deity. O Blessed One, I shall fully uphold the intention of the Three Jewels and the precepts of learning. O Blessed One, henceforth I shall not harm the sentient beings of Jambudvipa. I shall protect them as if they were my only child. O Blessed One, as taught by the Tathagata, in future lives and future times, I shall fully protect all sentient beings. I shall fully guard. I shall perfectly accomplish all goodness, happiness, and good harvests. Then, the Blessed One sighed to the Dragon King and said: Dragon Kings, do so! Do not forget! Then, after that, the practice of the ritual is to be spoken: This single mantra is, doing all deeds is good. A wise person remembering it once will accomplish all that is needed. In a high place, the wise should utter a great sound. Wherever the sound is made, untimely winds, frost, clouds, hail, and lightning cannot strike. No one can take away the blessing, cannot harm. On a high mountain peak, monastery, town, temple, or very high dwelling, the vidyadhara should be clean, wear clean white clothes, and face east. Mix cow dung and mud to make a square mandala one cubit long. In the center of the mandala, erect a pillar one arrow-length long, and recite the mantra twenty-one times. Mandala

In the four monastic residences, erect an eight-finger high sengdeng wooden stake. Recite the mantra twenty-one times, and wrap it three times with a five-colored thread. Place food in the center of the mandala, recite it seven times, and fumigate with incense. Recite twenty-one times and scatter mustard seeds. Scatter with full of flower petals. Place four vases filled with torma in the four directions. A torma should be placed in the center of the mandala, decorated with yogurt, milk, boiled rice, brown sugar, and rock candy. Recite the mantra five times over water and mustard seeds, and set up boundaries in the four directions, which should be done on the full moon. Read aloud and scatter mustard seeds in the four directions, above and below, and recite the individual names of all the nagas. As soon as this ritual is completed, all untimely winds, clouds, hail, and unruly nagas will be bound. Bad omens, epidemic diseases, harm, infectious diseases, ghosts, flesh-eaters, yakshas, and rakshasas will all be driven far away. A boundary will be set up in a circle of one krosha (approximately 3 kilometers). All diseases, all sicknesses, harmful thoughts, extremely harmful thoughts, retaliators, and all those who cause harm will not be able to invade. All flowers, fruits, and crops will be successfully harvested, fully ripened, and taste delicious. All well-sown seeds will grow well. All executioners, karmas, and curses will be destroyed and unable to invade. As long as the stake is not pulled out, a great boundary will be set. During that time, all the nagas will send down a stream of rain. All flowers, fruits, and crops will flourish and be successfully accomplished. All that is needed, once remembered, will be accomplished.
