Yeah. Svāhā. Oṃ dhiri dhiri svāhā. Jwalita baktraya svāhā. Roma hārānāshāya svāhā. Juti juti juti svāhā. Phaṭ phaṭ phaṭ phaṭ phaṭ svāhā. Then, as soon as this dhāraṇī called "Vajra Burning Tongue Descending Beak" is recited, all the unruly nāgas will have their bodies decayed and become foul-smelling. Their bodies will become slimy, and their flesh will be covered with spots. Then, they will touch the two feet of the Bhagavan and pray thus: "Bhagavan, please protect us! Bhagavan, we are despised by the gods and the world! Bhagavan, we are about to perish! Bhagavan, from now on, we will not harm the beings of Jambudvipa! We will not cause harm!" Bhagavan, when this dhāraṇī of "Vajra Burning Tongue Descending Beak" is recited, Bhagavan, all the nāgas are afraid and do not dare to approach. They do not even dare to look, let alone approach. Then, the ritual of this is spoken: Just by remembering this dhāraṇī, the bodies of all the nāgas will be broken into pieces. The body will become foul-smelling. If mustard seeds are recited twenty-one times and scattered in the four directions, all the nāgas will be bound. A circumference of seven yojanas will be sealed off. The vajra should be recited one hundred and eight times to repel the nāgas. If recited once, all wind, clouds, and hail will be repelled. Everything will disappear. Just by remembering, all the hail will disappear in an instant. Even if it falls, it will turn into water in an instant. When hail is falling, if the vajra is rotated, the hail will melt in the direction it is rotated, and hail will not fall in that direction. Go to a secluded place for the sick, enter into meditation, bind the mudra of the lotus posture, and recite this mantra thirty-two times. As soon as it is recited, all wind, clouds, and hail will disappear. All winds will be completely destroyed. They will not appear. If mustard seeds are scattered in the four directions, it will be sealed off as a herd for one year. All wind, clouds, and hail will be bound. All nāgas will be controlled.

Recite twenty-one times towards the bell, and if you ring it during a hailstorm, the heads of all fierce dragons will burst. They will fall from the sky to the ground, and all activities will be accomplished. This dharani will be unobstructed in everything. Then, the Bhagavan said "Well done" to the great Garuda king, Brahma, Vishnu, and the great Ishvara. Great Brahma, for the benefit and happiness of all sentient beings, to subdue the merciless and harmful fierce dragons, to control them, and to subdue them with punishment, it is very good, very good that you have spoken this great knowledge mantra dharani and placed it in Jambudvipa. Then, the great Naga king Ocean and, the great Naga king Various Circumambulations and, other great Naga kings who are majestic and have great miraculous powers and, other countless millions of fierce dragons all went to where the Bhagavan was, and upon arriving, they bowed their heads at the feet of the Bhagavan, and said this to the Bhagavan: Bhagavan, we and our retinues, in the future time, in the future era, will protect all the flowers, fruits, crops, leaves, and branches of Jambudvipa. We will uphold the Tathagata's samaya with our own oath-bound yidam. We will fulfill the hopes of all sentient beings and accomplish their wishes. We will not harm. Bhagavan, if we violate the differences in qualities of the mantras and dharanis spoken earlier than this king of rituals, may we not attain complete and perfect enlightenment. 屆時能摧毀不馴服的龍族。乾旱，大旱，非時之雨，風，雲，冰雹，霜，非時之風，若有閃電，則於山或高樓之上，持明者面朝東方。以此等誓言讚頌，念誦七遍。以水和芥子混合，向四方拋灑。拋灑並憶念之同時，所有龍族之身軀將斷成百段。將會分離。將會召來，為此緣故降下雨水。薄伽梵開示道：龍王，你應當如此行事。金剛喙儀軌完畢。 金剛喙，名為龍之誓言。

Drought, great drought, untimely rain, wind, clouds, hail, frost, untimely wind, if there is lightning, then on a mountain or a tall building, the vidyadhara should face east. Praise with these oaths and recite them seven times. Mix water and mustard seeds and scatter them in the four directions. As soon as it is scattered and remembered, the bodies of all the nagas will be cut into hundreds of pieces. It will be separated. It will be summoned, and for that reason, a stream of rain will fall.
