།གང་ཟག་དེ་ནི་རྣམ་པར་གྲོལ་བའི་མཛོད་ཡིན་པར་རིག་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། ལྷའི་བུའི་བདུད་དང་མུ་སྟེགས་ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་གཤོལ་བར་མི་ནུས་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །གང་ཟག་དེ་ནི་སྨན་གྱི་རྒྱལ་པོའི་མཛོད་ཡིན་པར་རིག་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། རྟག་པར་གཟུངས་ཀྱིས་སེམས་ཅན་ནད་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ནད་གསོ་བའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །གང་ཟག་དེ་ནི་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་གྱི་གཏེར་ཡིན་པར་རིག་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་རྣམས་སུ་རྒྱུ་བ་ལ་རང་དབང་ཐོབ་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །དེ་བས་ན་གང་ཟག་དེའི་ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་བསྔགས་པ་བརྗོད་ན་ནམས་ཀྱང་མཐར་ཐུག་པར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ། །རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་གང་ལ་ལ་ཞིག་འཇིག་རྟེན་པའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་གྱིས་ཡོངས་སུ་སྐྱོ་ནས་ཚེ་རིང་བའི་སྨན་ཡོངས་སུ་ཚོལ་བར་འདོད་པས་དབེན་པའི་གནས་སུ་འདུག་ནས་མཚམས་ཡོངས་སུ་དག་པར་བཅད་དེ། གོས་ལ་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་བཏབ་ནས་བགོ་བར་བྱའོ། །ཆུ་དང་། ཟས་དང། སྤོས་དང་། སྨན་རྣམས་ལ་ལན་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་བཏབ་སྟེ་སྤྱོད་པར་བྱེད་ན་གདོན་མི་ཟ་བར་ཚེ་རིང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གལ་ཏེ་ཆོས་བཞིན་དུ་མཚམས་བཅད་དེ་ཆོས་བཞིན་དུ་ཡོངས་སུ་འཛིན་པར་བྱེད་ན་ཐམས་ཅད་མངོན་པར་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་ལ་མཚམས་གཅད་པའི་ཆོ་ག་ནི་རལ་གྲི་ལ་ལན་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་བཏབ་སྟེ། ས་ལ་རི་མོ་བྲིས་ནས་མཚམས་གཅད་པར་བྱའོ། །ཡང་ན་ཆུ་གཙང་མ་ལ་ལན་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་བཏབ་ནས་ཕྱོགས་བཞིར་གཏོར་ནས་མཚམས་གཅད་པར་བྱའོ། །ཡང་ན་ཡུངས་ཀར་ལ་ལན་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་བཏབ་སྟེ་ཕྱོགས་བཞིར་གཏོར་ནས་མཚམས་གཅད་པར་བྱའོ། །ཡང་ན་འདུ་ཤེས་ཀྱིས་གང་དུ་ཕྱིན་པ་ཚུན་ཆད་མཚམས་སུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཡང་ན་ཐལ་བ་གཙང་མ་ལ་ལན་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་བཏབ་སྟེ་མཚམས་གཅད་པར་བྱའོ། །ཡང་ན་ཚོན་སྣ་ལྔའི་སྐུད་པ་ལ་ལན་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་ སྔགས་ཀྱིས་བཏབ་སྟེ་ཕྱོགས་བཞིར་བསྐོར་ནས་མཚམས་གཅད་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ཆོས་བཞིན་དུ་འདི་ཡོངས་སུ་འཛིན་པར་གྱུར་ན་རང་གི་ངང་གིས་འབྲས་བུ་འཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གཟུངས་འདིའི་མིང་ཐོས་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་ཀྱང་བསྐལ་པ་ཚད་མེད་པ་སྙེད་ཀྱི་འཁོར་བའི་ཁ་ན་མ་ཐོ་བའི་ལྕི་བ་རྣམས་ཡོངས་སུ་འབྱང་བར་འགྱུར་ན། འདོན་པ་དང་འཛིན་པ་ལྟ་སྨོས་ཀྱང་ཅི་དགོས། རིག་སྔགས་འདི་འདོན་པའི་གང་ཟག་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་དག་ནི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཚད་མེད་པ་སྙེད་པ་ལ་མཆོད་ཅིང་རིམ་གྲོ་བྱས་ནས་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་རྒྱ་ཆེར་བསྐྱེད་པ་ཡིན་པར་རིག་པར་བྱའོ། །གང་དག་སེམས་ཅན་སྡུག་བསྔལ་གྱི་བགེགས་ལ་ཡོངས་སུ་འདྲེན

应当了知，那个人是解脱的宝藏，因为天子魔和外道们不能动摇他。应当了知，那个人是药王之宝藏，因为他恒常以陀罗尼医治有情病患的疾病。应当了知，那个人是神变的宝藏，因为他能自在游行于诸佛刹土。因此，如果称赞那个人的功德，穷尽时间也无法说完。善男子，如果有人因世间痛苦而感到厌倦，想要寻求长寿之药，就应住在寂静处，完全封闭结界。衣服应以咒语加持后穿戴。水、食物、香和药物等，都应以咒语加持一百零八遍后食用，这样就不会被鬼神所害，而能长寿。如果如法地封闭结界，并如法地受持，一切都会显现成就。其中，封闭结界的仪轨是：以咒语加持利剑二十一遍，然后在地上画线以封闭结界。或者，以咒语加持净水二十一遍，然后向四方泼洒以封闭结界。或者，以咒语加持芥子二十一遍，然后向四方抛洒以封闭结界。或者，以意识所及之处都成为结界。或者，以清净的灰烬加持二十一遍后封闭结界。或者，以五色彩线加持二十一遍，然后在四方环绕以封闭结界。像这样如法受持，自然会获得果报。仅仅听到此陀罗尼的名字，也能清净无量劫以来轮回的沉重罪业，更何况是念诵和受持呢？应当了知，凡是念诵此明咒的人，都是供养和承侍了无量诸佛，并且广积善根。凡是引导有情脱离痛苦障碍

That person should be known as the treasury of liberation, because the sons of gods, demons, and heretics cannot shake him. That person should be known as the treasury of the king of medicine, because he constantly heals the diseases of sick sentient beings with mantras. That person should be known as the treasure of magical powers, because he has the freedom to travel in the Buddha fields. Therefore, if one praises the qualities of that person, one will never be able to finish, even if time runs out. Son of good family, if someone is completely weary of the sufferings of the world and wishes to seek the medicine of longevity, they should dwell in a solitary place and completely seal off the boundary. Clothes should be worn after being blessed with mantras. Water, food, incense, and medicine should all be blessed with mantras one hundred and eight times before being used, so that one will not be harmed by spirits and will become long-lived. If one closes the boundary according to the Dharma and upholds it according to the Dharma, everything will be manifestly accomplished. The ritual for closing the boundary is to bless a sword with mantras twenty-one times and then draw a line on the ground to close the boundary. Alternatively, bless clean water with mantras twenty-one times and then scatter it in the four directions to close the boundary. Alternatively, bless mustard seeds with mantras twenty-one times and then scatter them in the four directions to close the boundary. Alternatively, wherever one's consciousness reaches becomes the boundary. Alternatively, bless clean ashes twenty-one times and then close the boundary. Alternatively, bless a five-colored thread twenty-one times and then encircle the four directions to close the boundary. If one upholds this according to the Dharma in this way, one will naturally obtain the fruit. Just hearing the name of this dharani will purify the heavy sins of samsara from countless eons, let alone reciting and upholding it. It should be known that whoever recites this vidya-mantra is offering and serving countless Buddhas and accumulating vast roots of virtue. 为了利益众生而如法念诵的那些人，因为具有大慈悲心，所以应当知道，他们不会很久就能证得圆满正等觉。如果为了所有显现的众生而念诵，并让他们听到，从而使之成为菩提之因，那么那些人将获得无量无边的功德，是无法用言语来形容的。如果有人一心一意地守护身心，安住于戒律，忏悔所有众生往昔的业障，并坦白自己从无量劫以来所造的各种罪业，口中迅速念诵此陀罗尼，使声音不间断，那么他们将在今生获得四种沙门果。如果有人根器敏锐，具有智慧，精通禅修之法，那么获得十地之果也不会困难。更不用说仅仅是成办世间的微小福报了，这肯定会实现，因为菩萨的大慈悲心和愿力的力量非常深厚，而且此陀罗尼的加持力也非常广大。世尊告诉阿难说：在任何地方发生灾难时，那里的国王应以正法治理国家，使人民安居乐业，不残杀众生，救护所有受害者，日夜精进修持身心，念诵大悲心陀罗尼咒，那么那个地方的灾难和所有邪魔都将被消除，五谷丰登，人民安乐。此外，如果外敌入侵，反复侵扰，导致许多百姓不安宁，或者大臣阴谋叛乱，或者发生瘟疫，或者发生大旱，或者日月运行失常，发生诸如此类的灾难时，那时具有大慈悲心

Those who recite it according to the Dharma for the benefit of beings, because they possess great compassion, should know that they will not be long in attaining perfect and complete enlightenment. If it is recited for the sake of all appearing beings, and they are made to hear it, thereby making it a cause for enlightenment, then those persons will obtain immeasurable and incalculable merits, which cannot be described. If someone single-mindedly guards their body and mind, abides in discipline, confesses the past karmic misdeeds of all beings, and confesses all kinds of sinful deeds done by themselves from countless eons, and quickly recites this dharani from their mouth, making the sound uninterrupted, then they will obtain the four fruits of a renunciate in this very life. If someone is sharp-witted, possesses wisdom, and is skilled in the methods of meditation, then obtaining the fruit of the ten bhumis will not be difficult either. Needless to say, merely accomplishing the minor ripening of worldly merit will surely be accomplished, because the great compassion and the power of the aspiration of the Bodhisattva are extremely profound, and the blessings of this dharani are extremely vast. The Blessed One told Ananda: In any place where harm occurs, at that time the king of that place should govern the country with the true Dharma, arrange for the people to live in peace and happiness, not slaughter sentient beings, protect all those who have been harmed, and cultivate diligence of body and mind day and night, reciting this dharani mantra of the mind of great compassion, then the harm and all obstacles of that place will be completely eliminated, the grains will be good, and many people will be happy. Furthermore, if enemies from abroad come again and again to harass, causing many subjects to be uneasy, or if a great minister plots rebellion and goes astray, or if an epidemic occurs, or if a great drought occurs, or if the movement of the sun and moon is disturbed, or if such calamities occur, then at that time, possessing great compassion

造作具眼千眼之像，面向彼方，以香、花、幢、幡、各种珍宝伞盖，以及具百味的饮食供养，一心一意地供奉。此外，若国王于昼夜七日之间，身心精进，念诵此陀罗尼之语，则他方之敌皆自调伏，复归来，各自如法治理国土，国土亦安住于无诤，以慈爱之心互相瞻视。王子与大臣等亦将行使政务与正直之法。妃嫔与王子等亦将侍奉与恭敬国王。天、龙、鬼神等亦将守护与治理该国土。雨水按时降落，谷物丰收，民众亦将极为欢喜。此外，若家中遭遇大病难忍，或出现各种恶兆，或鬼神与邪恶之魔扰乱家庭，或恶人等诬陷诽谤，偷盗抢劫而造成损害，或家中大小内外不和，则于具大悲心之千眼像前，造作坛城，一心一意忆念菩萨观世音自在，念诵此陀罗尼咒语满千遍，则上述一切恶事皆得消除。具寿阿难陀向世尊禀白道：世尊，此明咒之名为何？应如何受持？世尊告曰：阿难陀，此明咒有多种名称，亦名广大圆满，亦名无碍大悲，亦名救脱诸苦之陀罗尼，亦名延寿之陀罗尼，亦名清净恶趣之陀罗尼，亦名摧灭业障之陀罗尼，亦名圆满诸愿

Having made an image with a thousand eyes, facing that direction, one should single-mindedly offer incense, flowers, banners, canopies, various kinds of precious parasols, and food and drink with a hundred flavors. Furthermore, if that king exerts diligence in body and mind for seven days and nights, reciting this abundant Dharani, then the enemies from other lands will be self-subdued and return, each governing their own country according to the Dharma, and the country will also abide in peace, looking at each other with loving hearts. The princes and ministers will also practice governance and uprightness. The consorts and princes will also serve and honor the king. The gods, nagas, and demons will also protect and govern that country. Rain will fall in due season, and the crops will be good, so the many people will also be exceedingly joyful. Furthermore, if a severe and unbearable illness is encountered in the home, or various bad omens occur, or demons and evil spirits disturb the home, or evil people slander and accuse, steal and rob, causing harm, or the large and small members of the family are not harmonious inside and out, then in front of the image of the thousand eyes endowed with great compassion, having made a mandala, one should single-mindedly remember the Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara, and recite this Dharani mantra a full thousand times, then all the evil things mentioned above will be completely eliminated. The venerable Ānanda said to the Blessed One: Blessed One, what is the name of this vidyā-mantra? How should it be fully grasped? The Blessed One said: Ānanda, this vidyā-mantra has various names. It is also called "Greatly Extensive and Completely Perfect." It is also called "Unobstructed Great Compassion." It is also called "The Dharani that Completely Saves from All Suffering." It is also called "The Dharani that Prolongs Life." It is also called "The Dharani that Completely Purifies the Lower Realms." It is also called "The Dharani that Destroys the Obscurations of Karma." It is also called "The Complete Fulfillment of All Wishes."
