也同样这样做，手掌覆于右膝之上。无论何人，若常作此手印，并念诵大身咒二十一遍，则所有愿望皆得圆满，痛苦亦得解脱。无论善男子或善女子，若造作十不善业及五无间罪等种种恶业，以至将赡部洲所有土地皆磨为微尘，且每一微尘皆历经一劫方才显现，则此人因造作种种恶业之故，将于如微尘数之劫中堕入地狱受苦，永无出期。然而，若此善男子或善女子于舍利子等身像前，于白月十五之日，设一伞盖，节食，结手印，并圆满念诵一千零八遍明咒，则上述所有痛苦皆得消除清净。若不能清净，则无有是处。因此，千眼观自在菩萨获得神通自在之手印如下：起身站立，先以左手按压左脚拇指，如握拳一般。之后，以右手按压左手肘之上，念诵大身咒七遍，即使欲行百千俱胝之遥远路程，亦无困难。念诵咒语之时，不应发出声音。因此，千眼菩萨获得神通自在之手印如下：先以左手拇指触碰小指之指甲。之后，右手也同样这样做，其余三指则各自竖立，手肘相接，置于头顶之上，念诵大身咒一百零八遍。

Do the same way, placing the palm face down on the right knee. Whoever constantly makes this mudra and recites the Great Body Mantra twenty-one times, all wishes will be fulfilled and sufferings will be liberated. Whether it is a son or daughter of good family, if they have committed various evil deeds such as the ten non-virtuous actions and the five inexpiable sins, to the extent that all the land of Jambudvipa is ground into fine dust, and each particle of dust appears only after one kalpa, then that person, due to committing various evil deeds, will fall into the hells and suffer for as many kalpas as there are dust particles, with no time of release. However, if those sons or daughters of good family, in front of an image containing relics, on the fifteenth day of the white moon, set up an umbrella, fast, make the mudra, and completely recite the mantra one thousand and eight times, then all the aforementioned sufferings will be purified and eliminated. If they are not purified, then there is no such possibility. Therefore, the mudra by which the thousand-eyed Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva obtains mastery over the power of miracles is as follows: Stand up straight, first press the left thumb against the toe of the left foot, as if holding a fist. Then, press the right hand on the left elbow and recite the Great Body Mantra seven times, even if you want to travel a hundred thousand kotis of yojanas, there will be no difficulty. Do not make a sound when reciting the mantra. Therefore, the mudra by which the thousand-eyed Bodhisattva obtains mastery over miracles is as follows: First, touch the nail of the little finger with the thumb of the left hand. Then, do the same with the right hand, and raise the other three fingers separately. Join the elbows and place them on top of the head, and recite the Great Body Mantra one hundred and eight times.
