Mix juniper, blue lotus, vetiver, copper powder, mustard seeds, Indra Hasta, and palasha, mix with jaggery juice, and have a wise person recite the mantra eighty times. Make pills the size of camphor seeds, and when it does not rain, throw seven pills into the dragon's abode, and it will rain day and night for seven days. If it does not rain immediately, all the water in the dragon's abode will dry up, and all the beings living in the dragon's abode will become naked. Tie one pill to the top of the victory banner and erect it in the dragon's lake, and hang a blue flag.
