Then, as soon as this dharani called "Vajra Burning Tongue Descending Mouth" is recited, all the unruly nagas will have their bodies rot and become foul-smelling. Their bodies will become slimy, and their flesh will be covered with spots. Then they will prostrate at the feet of the Bhagavan and pray thus: "Bhagavan, please save us! Bhagavan, we are despised by the world with the gods! Bhagavan, we are about to perish! Bhagavan, from now on, we will not harm the beings of Jambudvipa! We will not injure them!" Bhagavan, when this dharani of the Vajra Burning Tongue Descending Mouth is recited, Bhagavan, all the nagas will be afraid and will not approach, not even look, let alone invade. Then, the ritual of this is spoken: Just by remembering this dharani, the bodies of all the nagas will be broken into pieces. The body will become foul-smelling. If mustard seeds are scattered in the four directions after reciting it twenty-one times, all the nagas will be bound. A boundary will be sealed within seven yojanas. Recite it one hundred and eight times on a vajra, and the nagas will be repelled. If recited once, all the wind, clouds, and hail will be repelled. Everything will disappear. Just by remembering it, all the hail will disappear in an instant. Even if it has fallen, it will turn into water in an instant. When hail is falling, if the vajra is rotated, the hail will melt in the direction it is rotated, and hail will not fall in that direction. In the morning, go to a secluded place, enter into proper absorption, bind the vajra posture mudra, and recite the mantra thirty-two times. As soon as it is recited, all the wind, clouds, and hail will disappear. All the wind will be completely destroyed. It will not appear. If mustard seeds are scattered in the four directions, a boundary will be sealed within a radius of one year.

O! All the wind, clouds, and hail will be bound. All the nagas will be controlled. Sons and grandsons, together with their retinues, will constantly and continuously follow like shadows. All tasks will be accomplished. Recite this twenty-one times over a bell, and when hail is falling, if you ring it, the heads of all unruly nagas will burst. They will fall from the sky to the earth. All tasks will be accomplished. This dharani will be unobstructed in all places. Then, the Bhagavan said "Well done" to the great Garuda king, Brahma, Vishnu, and the great Ishvara. Great Brahma, for the benefit and happiness of all sentient beings, to tame the unruly nagas, those without compassion, and those who harm, to punish and cut them off, it is excellent, excellent that you have spoken this great vidya mantra dharani and placed it in Jambudvipa! Then, the great naga king Ocean, then, the great naga king All-Around, and other great naga kings, majestic and powerful, and countless other unruly nagas, they went to where the Bhagavan was, and upon arriving, they bowed their heads at the feet of the Bhagavan and said to the Bhagavan: Bhagavan, we, together with our retinues, in the future time, in the future era, will protect all the flowers, fruits, crops, leaves, and branches of Jambudvipa. We will completely protect them. We will avert all wind, clouds, hail, frost, and heat. We will cause the rain to fall in due season. We will not break our vows, we will uphold the vows of the Tathagata. We will fulfill the wishes of all sentient beings, and we will accomplish their thoughts. We will not harm them. Bhagavan, if we violate this king of rituals, and the distinctions of the qualities of the mantras and dharanis previously spoken, then may we not attain complete and perfect enlightenment. Tibi Riti. Huyu Huyu. Huri Ti Svaha. (ཧུ་རི་ཏི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།) Bhagavan, this is the oath of the Nagas. In future lives, in future times, the unsubdued Nagas will be destroyed. Drought, great drought, untimely rain, wind, clouds, hail, frost, untimely wind, when lightning occurs, on a mountain or a high building, the vidyadhara facing east. Praise with these oaths, recite seven times. Mix water and mustard seeds and scatter them in the four directions. As soon as it is scattered and remembered, the bodies of all the Nagas will be cut into a hundred pieces. It will be separated. It will be summoned, therefore a stream of rain will fall. The Bhagavan said: Naga King, you should do this. The Vajra Beak ritual is complete. The Naga's oath called Vajra Beak.
