Recite twenty-one times. In the four corners of the mandala, erect acacia wood pegs eight fingers high, recite the mantra twenty-one times, and wrap five-colored threads around them three times. In the center of the mandala, place a bowl and fumigate it with incense that has been recited seven times. Recite twenty-one times and scatter mustard seeds. Scatter flowers all over. Place four vases filled with tormas in the four directions. Do not place a torma in the center of the mandala, but decorate it with yogurt, milk, cooked rice, molasses, and sugar. Recite the mantra five times over water and mustard seeds, and set up boundaries in the four directions. This should be done on the new moon. Read aloud, scattering mustard seeds in the four directions, above and below, and reciting the individual names of all the nagas, as soon as this ritual is completed, all untimely winds, clouds, hail, and untamed nagas will be bound and subdued. Bad omens, plagues, harm, infectious diseases, ghosts, flesh-eating demons, yakshas, and rakshasas will all be banished far away. A boundary will be set within a yojana. All diseases, all suffering, harmful thoughts, extremely harmful thoughts, retaliators, and those who cause harm will not be able to penetrate. All flowers, fruits, and crops will be perfectly accomplished, perfectly ripened, and taste delicious. All good seeds that are sown will grow perfectly. Executioners, karma, and curses will all be destroyed and unable to penetrate. As long as the pegs are not pulled out, a great boundary will be set. During that time, all the nagas will send down continuous rain. All flowers, fruits, and crops will perfectly flourish and be accomplished. Whatever is needed, it will be accomplished by remembering it once. Make an eight-finger-high image of a Garuda from beeswax, sitting in the lotus position, with wings spread. Lay out the Naga King as a cushion, with a nine-headed naga as a headdress.

If you light a butter lamp and sleep in front of it, it will appear, and all activities will be told. All excellence will be given, all activities will be accomplished, and all instructions will be carried out. Place it in a place without noise. When a drought occurs, the vidyadhara takes it out and honors it in the place of the dragon. Place the dragon's place in the lake, offer flowers and incense, recite the mantra three times on mustard oil, and then sprinkle it on that place, and immediately all the dragons will send down rain. If rain does not fall immediately, then all the places of the dragon will be seen to be filled with space. That place will burn with a single flame, gravel will fall on the head, and the water will dry up. When a drought occurs, if you point to the clouds, rain will fall. If you point to wind, clouds, hail, frost, and rain clouds, they will disappear in an instant. Within seven krosas (approximately 22.4 kilometers), hail will not fall in all four directions, and frost and untimely winds will not be able to stop it, and everything will be overcome. When a storm rages, place it at the crossroads of the road. Or place it at the city gate. Or place it at the king's gate. In this way, all the winds will stop. Even if a great wind scatters, it will stop. Afterwards, it will not be able to rise again. As soon as it is shown, all the dragons will run away. From the Vajra Beak Dharani, all activities can be accomplished, and by reciting the Space Treasury, the most excellent accomplishment will be achieved. Then Brahma, Mahadeva, the Great King, and Bhagavan Galava, came to Bhagavan, circumambulated Bhagavan three times, and then prayed to Bhagavan in this way: Bhagavan, all of us gathered together, also (pray for) the Vajra burning tongue falling beak.
