མས་ཅད་བྱང་བ་དང་། ལྟས་ངན་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བསལ་བར་བགྱིའོ། །དུས་དུས་སུ་ཆར་གྱི་རྒྱུན་དབབ་པར་བགྱིའོ། །མེ་ཏོག་དང་། འབྲས་བུ་དང་། ལོ་ཏོག་རྣམས་ཡང་དག་པར་འགྲུབ་པར་བགྱི། ཤ་སྦྲང་དང་། སྦྲང་བུ་མཆུ་རིངས་དང་། བྱི་བ་དང་། སྦྲུལ་དང་། སྦལ་པ་དང་། །ཏྲཻ་མ་བུ་ཀ་དང་། མཀྵི་ཀ་དང་། །ཏྲཻ་ལ་ཏ་དང་། ཤ་ཏ་པ་ད་དང་། བུང་བ་དང་། ནེ་ཙོ་དང་། རི་སྐེགས་ཀྱིས་འཇིགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་མེད་པར་བགྱི། རྣམ་པར་འཇིག་པར་བགྱི། ཡམས་ཀྱི་ནད་དང་འགོ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་བགྱིའོ། །བཟློག་པར་བགྱིའོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་སླན་ ཆད་སྡིག་པའི་ལས་ཀུན་དུ་སྤྱོད་པའི་ཚུལ་མི་སྤྱོད་པར་བགྱིའོ། །ཆར་གནོད་པ་འབབ་པ་དང་། དུས་མ་ལགས་པའི་ཆར་ཐམས་ཅད་མ་མཆིས་པར་བགྱིའོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རང་གི་མནའི་ཡི་དམ་གྱིས་གནས་པར་བགྱིའོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་གྱི་དགོངས་པ་བསླབ་པའི་སྡོམ་པ་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྐྱང་བར་བགྱིའོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་སླན་ཆད་འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་གི་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་འཚེ་བར་མི་བགྱིད།བུ་གཅིག་པ་བཞིན་དུ་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྐྱང་བར་བགྱིའོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་བཀའ་ལུང་བཞིན་དུ་སླད་མའི་ཚེ་སླད་མའི་དུས་ན་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྐྱང་བར་བགྱིའོ། །ཀུན་དུ་འཛིན་པར་བགྱིའོ། །དགེ་བ་དང་། བདེ་བ་དང་། ལོ་ལེགས་པ་ཀུན་དུ་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བགྱིའོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ་དབུགས་ཕྱུང་ནས་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ། །ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དག་དེ་ལྟར་གྱིས་ཤིག །ཡལ་བར་མ་བཏང་ཤིག །དེ་ནས་དེའི་འོག་ཏུ་ཆོ་ག་བྱ་བ་བརྗོད་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། སྔགས་འདི་དཔའ་བ་གཅིག་པུ་ནི། །ལས་ཀུན་བྱེད་པ་དགེ་བ་སྟེ། །ཤེས་རབ་ཅན་གྱིས་ལན་ཅིག་དྲན། །དགོས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར། །མཐོན་པོའི་གནས་སུ་མཁས་པ་ཡིས། །སྒྲ་སྐད་ཆེན་པོ་བརྗོད་པར་བྱ། །གནས་གང་དང་གང་དུ་སྒྲ་བསྒྲགས་པ་དེ་དང་དེར་དུས་མ་ཡིན་པའི་རླུང་དང་། སད་དང་། སྤྲིན་དང་། སེར་བ་དང་། གློག་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་མི་ཚུགས་སོ། །སུས་ཀྱང་བྱིན་འཕྲོག་པར་མི་ནུས་སོ། །གཙེ་བར་མི་ནུས་སོ། །གནས་མཐོན་པོའི་རི་འམ། དགོན་པའི་གནས་སམ། གྲོང་ངམ། གཙུག་ལག་ཁང་ངམ། གནས་ཁང་ཤིན་ཏུ་མཐོ་བ་དེར་རིག་པ་འཛིན་པ་གཙང་མར་བྱས་ཏེ། གོས་གཙང་མ་དཀར་པོ་བགོས་ལ་ཁ་ཤར་ཕྱོགས་སུ་བལྟས་ཏེ། བའི་ལྕི་བ་དང་འཇིམ་པ་བསྲེས་པས་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཁྲུ་གང་གྲུ་བཞི་པ་བྱས་ལ། དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་དབུས་སུ་མདའ་གང་ཙམ་པ་ཅིག་བཙུགས་ཏེ། སྔ

一切都清净，所有恶兆都消除。时时降下雨水。花朵、果实和庄稼都圆满成就。消除肉蝇、长嘴蝇、老鼠、蛇、青蛙、Tri-ma-bu-ka（藏文）、Makshika（藏文）、Tri-la-ta（藏文）、Shata-pa-da（藏文）、蜜蜂、鹦鹉和松鼠的恐惧。令其完全毁灭。所有瘟疫疾病和传染病都彻底平息。令其遣除。世尊，今后不再行持一切罪恶的行为。令其不再降下有害的雨，所有非时之雨都令其不出现。世尊，令其安住于自己的誓言本尊。世尊，令其完全守护三宝的意旨，修习戒律。世尊，今后不再加害赡部洲的众生，如同独子般完全守护。世尊，如来之教令，未来之时，未来之世，令其完全守护一切众生。令其完全摄持。令其成办一切善、乐和丰收。然后，世尊对龙王叹息一声，说道：龙王们，就这样做吧！不要忘记！然后，在其后，应宣说仪轨，此咒语是唯一的勇士，做一切事业是善妙的，有智慧者忆念一次，就能成办一切所需。在高的处所，智者应发出巨大的声音。无论在何处发出声音，在彼处，非时的风、霜、云、冰雹和闪电都不能侵袭。任何人也不能夺走加持。不能损害。在高的山顶，或寺院的处所，或村庄，或寺庙，或非常高的住所，持明者应保持清净，穿上干净的白色衣服，面向东方，用牛粪和泥土混合制作一个一肘长的正方形坛城，在坛城的中央竖立一箭长的东西，
English
May everything be purified, and may all bad omens be dispelled. May the rain fall regularly in due season. May the flowers, fruits, and crops be perfectly accomplished. May all fears from flesh flies, long-beaked flies, mice, snakes, frogs, Tri-ma-bu-ka (Tibetan), Makshika (Tibetan), Tri-la-ta (Tibetan), Shata-pa-da (Tibetan), bees, parrots, and squirrels be eliminated. May they be utterly destroyed. May all epidemic diseases and contagions be completely pacified. May they be averted. Blessed One, henceforth, may we not engage in all sinful actions. May harmful rains not fall, and may all untimely rains not occur. Blessed One, may we abide by our own vow-bound deity. Blessed One, may we fully uphold the precepts of learning the intentions of the Three Jewels. Blessed One, henceforth, we will not harm the beings of Jambudvipa, but will fully protect them as if they were our only child. Blessed One, according to the command of the Tathagata, in future times and future ages, may we fully protect all beings. May we fully embrace them. May we accomplish all goodness, happiness, and good harvests. Then, the Blessed One sighed to the Dragon King and said: Dragon Kings, do so! Do not forget! Then, after that, the ritual to be performed should be recited: This mantra is the only hero, doing all deeds is virtuous, the wise one remembers it once, and all needs will be accomplished. In a high place, the wise one should utter a great sound. Wherever the sound is made, in that place, untimely winds, frost, clouds, hail, and lightning cannot prevail. No one can steal the blessings. Cannot harm. On a high mountain peak, or in a monastery, or in a village, or in a temple, or in a very high dwelling, the knowledge holder should be pure, wear clean white clothes, face east, and make a square mandala one cubit long by mixing cow dung and clay, and erect something one arrow-length in the center of the mandala.
