Place the torma in the center of the mandala. Insert four seng-ldeng (Acacia catechu) pegs at the four corners of the mandala. Wrap five times with thread of five colors. Recite twenty-one times for all of these and then perform the ritual. Tie the neck of the vase with a silk scarf. Mix white calamus, pine resin, Chinese incense, frankincense, fingernails, Nāgapuṣpa (Sanskrit: Nāgapuṣpa, Romanized Sanskrit: nāgapuṣpa, Literal meaning: Dragon Flower), white mustard seeds, and sugar, recite one hundred and eight times, and then burn as incense. Prepare this incense. Then, the vidyadhara should bathe thoroughly, wear clean clothes, and perform the rituals of near touch, rock binding, boundary binding, direction binding, mandala binding, raising clothes, self-protection, and bathing with this mantra. Place the dragon's head facing east. The vidyadhara, looking at the dragon, sits in the vajra posture, and with this mantra, performs the summoning, and sends it back with the torma and incense. Then, the vidyadhara recites one thousand and eight times, reciting over each mustard seed and striking it on the dragon's image. Blow out the four lamps. Write the name of the dragon. Whatever one desires will be fulfilled. If one completes the recitation of one thousand and eight times, one will control the great dragon king. He will reveal everything. He will grant all that is desired. He will reverse all powers. He will control one's own people, retinue, sons, and grandsons. He will accomplish all deeds. He will completely protect you like his own home. Place the dragon's image in a secluded place. Offer flowers and incense. Place it carefully, without confusion, and make it invisible; do not show it to anyone. Cover it with a clean cloth. When there is a need, recite the mantra one hundred and eight times over the mustard seeds. If you strike the dragon's image with them, he will accomplish all that is needed. He will go wherever he is sent and return again. In dreams, he will reveal all that is needed and accomplish all deeds. This is called the dragon's command. When untimely clouds, wind, hail, and frost occur, mix newly sprouted grains and mustard seeds, recite one hundred and one times, and angrily strike the dragon's image, in an instant

At that time, the wind, hail, and clouds will disappear, and everything will be bound. When a drought occurs, write down the text, wrap it with a red thread, and tie twenty-one knots on the thread. Tie it around the dragon's neck, and recite it twenty-one times on the dragon's head, and in an instant, a stream of rain will fall, and whatever the practitioner desires, that kind of rain will fall. If the rain is too heavy, recite seven times on a blue thread and tie seven knots, then the heavy rain will not fall. For all other rituals and mantra practices, this mantra should also be recited seven times at the beginning. This is a universal application, and recitation and practice will be successful. The great sky-flyer, the vajra-forceful blazing one, the dharani called the essence mandala of the sky-flyer, is complete. Then, after that, the ritual of the root essence is explained. As soon as the dharani is recited, all the dragons will tremble. Use the twigs of the Nepalese apple tree and the twigs of the sugar-molasses tree to block the wind and clouds. Do not let the cow dung fall on the ground, make a very clear square mandala on the house, and arrange it well. In the eight directions and corners, insert eight-finger-long seng-deng pegs. Insert five arrows. Insert three-pointed things. Wrap the four arrows with threads of five colors. Place four full water vases, bowls, and four torma vases. Place four vases filled with white tormas in the center of the mandala. Scatter flowers. Scatter mustard and rapeseed. Recite seven times for all of these, and then insert them. Mix mustard and water, and after reciting, set boundaries in the four directions. Then, a large boundary will be set up to a yojana. There, the untamed dragons cannot plunder. The great dragons also cannot always bring down untimely wind, clouds, and hail. They also cannot harm all the flowers and fruits. They cannot even harm a blade of grass. Bound with five bindings, everything will be bound. This boundary will be bound for eight months. Yakshas, beings, rakshasas, pretas, and kumbhandas.
