Inside the joined skulls, put mustard seed oil, aconite poison, salt, blood, much meat, footprint soil, etc. A naked yogi with disheveled hair, united with the deity, facing south, with his feet pressing down on the skull wheel, should recite the mantra garland. Smear that image with sesame oil, place it in between the two skull wheels, and place it on the fire. An eight-finger sandalwood stake, with samadhi union, plant that mantra. By this killing union alone, one will die and not otherwise. Or from the limbs of enlightenment, in a charnel ground, draw a wheel with blood. Draw the shape of three stacked 'gu' syllables, in the center write the enemy's name and secret mantra. On the spokes, between the twelve, write the name and being killed. The first circle's mantra garland also, should be written possessing the increasing part. Place the eight-finger beeswax image in the heart and wrap it with hair. The sleeping feet of the yogi, the head should be placed facing south. Until mercury is seen, after reciting the mantra twenty-one times.

The main deity with hands clasped, Dwells accompanied by a garland of stars. May the planets and stars be joyful, May the nagas attain a mind of happiness! May the gods hold their minds in equanimity, May a great mind of compassion arise! If it does not rain even a little, Simply threaten with fire, If a string of lightning is unleashed, There is no doubt that great rain will fall. Smear the shaft with the blood of a fox, Draw a wheel to expel anyone, Having drawn it with skillful means, Place it in the heart of an owl, Made from earth from a charnel ground, Then step on it with the left foot, Facing south, with the empowerment of command, Recite one hundred thousand secret mantras, There is no doubt about the expulsion itself. With the blood of a snake and a lizard, On the skin of a horse and a buffalo, Draw the forms of both together, Accompanied by the mantra of separation, Draw a wheel in the shape of a skull, Wrap it with the two skins, By relying on a special crescent-shaped mandala, The empowerment of separation is perfected. Mix cinnabar, sandalwood, and camphor, On a crescent-shaped mandala, Accompanied by the empowerment of essential power, Practice facing west, The lord of the gods will be under your control. This is a special empowerment of the tantra. A variety of fragrant kings.
