Even the one who holds the vajra in his hand, If he hooks this in an instant, What need to mention the retinues Of outer kings, messengers, and so forth? For the one who holds the knowledge mantra Of the visible race of gods, There is nothing that will not be accomplished. Whoever strives diligently And always holds this mother, All supreme things will be accomplished for him. In binding and liberation, He will become the master of all knowledge mantras and secret mantras. If one makes it complete With inner and outer retinues, It is said that the solitary one is the supreme of the three worlds And transforms into three forms. All those especially Are said by people to be endowed with power. In short, this mother is Said to be the supreme of all supremes. May all mantra holders make offerings. What is the means of accomplishment? This great power of accomplishment has been declared. The all-knowing sees all. The protector who accomplishes Buddhahood, is rare in this world. Having paid homage to the Vajra Holder, the gods and gandharvas, the mantra holders and the great belly-goers, this extremely rare secret, listen attentively to accomplish all purposes. What is the supreme king of secrets? This is the one who holds it individually. In all those worlds, there is no one who violates the command. If one wants to know the truth of the practice, or desires to obtain all siddhis, having done everything according to the ritual, the practitioner will obtain everything. Gods or non-gods, yakshas or mantra holders, any other sentient beings, none will violate their command. The son of Buddha Sharadvati, the great Vajra Holder and I, before the teacher of mantra holders, if one can be sincere and respectful, then he is superior to all, is offered to by all sentient beings, constantly accomplishes all siddhis, and can also destroy the siddhis of others. Always pure at all times, the one who holds all secrets, the supreme position of mantra holders, is the realm of those who are extremely mindful. Those who are complete with rituals and extensive, all of them should be spoken without remainder. Thereafter, gods and non-gods, humans and mantra holders, the multitude of bhutas and nagas, the yaksha hosts and rakshasas, in order to hear the supreme of secrets, all sit with palms joined. Thereafter, the Vajra Holder who understands the meaning of the words, to those, in order to make it clear, speaks these words: I, in the pure mandala, have seen the lineage of the guru before, the vajra and the vajra holder, having understood the practice of mantra, within three and a half months, practice with one month.
