Thus it is. The eighth is Vajra Sun. The ninth is Vajra Kilaya, which is known as various forms. The tenth is Vajra Truth, recite as you please. One should look at the Vajra Kilaya. Vajra Wrathful Destroyer, and the bee-viewing water stream, Vajra Kasyapa, burning with incense and the guardian, great merits and so on, must be recited. By this, the mandala will be accomplished. By firmly abiding, the vidya-mantra becomes the supreme Vajra Hook Mother. With all incense flourishing, recite eight hundred times in the mandala. After that, by accomplishing the karma, this vidya-mantra will be accomplished. Whichever vidya-mantra one likes, recite it in the mandala. The many vidya-mantras spoken by Vajrapani, those who desire the supreme and desire accomplishment, should practice without ever getting tired. After that, fully invite and expand the secret mantra, and then all who desire the mandala, holding it should also be declared. Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, mainly in the Three Jewels. A person who has faith and abides equally, place him in holding the vows. Therefore, the wise one should give five trainings to him. The name is what I have done, until the end of my life, abandoning killing, adultery, stealing, lying, and drinking alcohol made from grain. Always say that I have abandoned it. One who possesses excellent training, protect him with the wisdom vajra. In order to empower, also perform the ritual of blessing. Then there are seven vases there, after filling them with water, praise them with the wisdom vajra, it is called nectar. The mudra of Vajra Holder, with the bell, speaks of remembrance. Both hands are joined together up and down, the little finger and thumb should be connected, and pour the nectar water. Wearing clean clothes and well-bound, hair disheveled and crying loudly. Unpleasant ones should be admonished. This is a loud cry, a place of strife and great suffering. If you fall from the vow, you will quickly be tormented. You are the vow.
