应作役使守护之结缚行。此作王亦胜耶？或于他星，于善行供养，及食子会供 广大供养后，于法及如法摄集者，亦应布施，于大乘应丰饶饮食，尤应具足供养。然后应令此圆满。如是作，如作王一般，应诵作王之明咒，如是则不衰损。如何速疾，亦能施予成就。世尊大菩萨如是宣说，天人世间皆于世尊所说心生欢喜。菩萨藏广品中，极广大之作王，名为发髻竖立，世尊圣救度母之作法圆满。之后，世尊住于山王持轴（Mount Dhruvajin）。于彼处，世尊呼唤菩萨圣观自在，如是宣说：大士，汝已说发髻竖立之大作王。今当说后部续秘密，彼与大秘密后部合，易于修持，易于成就。以仪轨为先导而宣说，具大悲性，为利乐众多有情，为令众多有情安乐，为怜悯受苦所困者，为昔诸佛所随喜，一切度母之共同明咒，发髻竖立作王之行法。大士向世尊请白如是：世尊，若如来随许，及其他诸佛亦随喜，则当宣说。首先，修行者应暂且皈依三宝，发菩提心，并见如发髻竖立中所说之坛城，以及誓言和阿阇黎之随许。

How quickly, it also bestows accomplishment. The Bhagavan Great Bodhisattva spoke thus, and the world with gods rejoiced at what the Bhagavan said. In the extensive chapter of the Bodhisattva Pitaka, the King of Imagination, which is very extensive, called "Hair Standing Upright," the practice of the Bhagavan Holy Tara is complete. Then, the Bhagavan was dwelling on Mount Dhruvajin, the King of Mountains. There, the Bhagavan called to the Bodhisattva Holy Avalokiteshvara and spoke thus: Great Being, you have spoken of the great King of Imagination, "Hair Standing Upright."
