ཞིག་ལགས་ན། 如果用五色线，每念一遍咒语打一个结，打满一百零八个结，然后系在病人的脖子上或肩膀上，那么所有不好的业障都会消除，疾病也会痊愈。如果因肿胀、肿瘤串珠、皮疹、脓疱、伤口流血、瘙痒等各种顽疾而生病，或者被刀剑、弓箭、长矛等刺伤而昏厥，或者被蛇、蝎子、蜈蚣、黄蜂、毒物等咬伤，念诵此咒七遍后敷用，即可痊愈。如果业障深重，用黄土泥念诵咒语七遍后涂抹在患病部位，即可消除。如果患有风病、半身不遂、耳聋、鼻塞或因风引起的疾病等，一心一意地念诵此咒，然后为病人念诵一百零八遍，疾病即可痊愈。如果业障深重，将酥油、牛油、青稞和芸香一起熬煮，念诵咒语七遍后涂抹在身上，或滴入耳朵和鼻子，或让病人服用，疾病即可痊愈。此外，如果因其他各种疾病而生病，一心一意地念诵此咒。或者自己念诵，就能痊愈。如果要修持这个明咒，首先要用坚固且没有缺陷的白色檀香木，制作一尊十一面观世音菩萨像，高度为一个半肘或一肘。左手拿着莲花和念珠，右手伸展着拿着念珠，并施与无畏印。前面的三张脸要有慈悲的表情。左边的三张脸要有忿怒的表情。右边的三张脸要有露出白色獠牙的表情。后面的那张脸要具有极度忿怒和凶猛的表情。

ཞིག་ལགས་ན། If you use five-colored threads, reciting the mantra once for each knot tied, making a total of one hundred and eight knots, and then tie it around the patient's neck or shoulder, then all bad karmic obscurations will be eliminated, and the illness will be cured. If one falls ill due to various intractable diseases such as swelling, tumor strings, rashes, pustules, bleeding wounds, itching, etc., or faints from being stabbed by swords, bows, spears, etc., or is bitten by snakes, scorpions, centipedes, wasps, poisons, etc., reciting this mantra seven times and applying it will result in a cure. If the karmic obscuration is heavy, reciting the mantra seven times over yellow clay and applying it to the affected area will eliminate it. If one suffers from wind disorders, hemiplegia, deafness, nasal congestion, or diseases caused by wind, etc., reciting this mantra with one-pointed concentration, and then reciting it one hundred and eight times for the patient, the illness will be cured. If the karmic obscuration is heavy, boil butter, ghee, barley, and rue together, recite the mantra seven times, and then apply it to the body, or drip it into the ears and nose, or have the patient ingest it, and the illness will be cured. Furthermore, if one falls ill due to other various diseases, recite this mantra with one-pointed concentration. Or, if one recites it oneself, one will be cured. If you wish to practice this vidya-mantra, first, use solid and flawless white sandalwood to create an image of Eleven-Faced Avalokiteśvara, with a height of one and a half or one cubits. The left hand holds a lotus and a rosary, the right hand extends holding a rosary, and bestows the mudra of fearlessness. The three faces in front should have expressions of loving-kindness and compassion. The three faces on the left should have wrathful expressions. The three faces on the right should have expressions with white fangs protruding upwards. The face in the back should have an extremely wrathful and fierce expression.
