If this is done, various diseases will be eliminated, and evil spirits and obstacles will be separated and dissipated. Furthermore, if someone is being sought after by unfriendly people, or if there is fighting and arguing, or if they are being harmed by curses, then create an image with various flowers and incense, offer it, and light a fire in front of the image of Vinayaka. Take one hundred and eight Wunti fruits, and throw one into the fire each time you recite the mantra. In addition, tie one hundred and eight knots on a white rope, reciting the mantra once for each knot, and then tie the rope to the top of the angry face on the left side of the image, untying it after four days. Take the rope, recite the name of the unfriendly person, hide each knot separately, reciting the mantra once for each knot, and then cut them one by one until all are cut. In this way, those unfriendly people will not be able to do anything, and will come to seek refuge themselves. Furthermore, if someone wants to accomplish good things, tie one hundred and eight mantra knots on a five-colored rope, reciting the mantra once for each knot. In addition, recite the mantra seven times in front of the created image, and then tie the rope to the top of the face filled with loving-kindness and compassion, untying it after a few days, and then tie the rope to your own body, then all wishes will be fulfilled as desired. Furthermore, if someone is troubled by karmic obscurations, causing most good things to fail to be fulfilled as desired, or if unfortunate things happen from time to time for no reason, then wash the created image with perfumed water. In addition, bless the water with the mantra one hundred and eight times, and then wash the image of Vinayaka. So! Having spoken this vidya-mantra for the benefit of all sentient beings, they praised and extolled, saying, "We also rejoice and pray to be completely accepted." Then, all the many retinues became joyful and delighted, circumambulated the Bhagavan three times, prostrated, and departed. Thus concludes the dharani called "Arya Avalokiteshvara Eleven-Faced." The Khenpo translator of Zhuchen, the follower of the Bhagavan's tradition, the venerable Chodrup, translated, edited, and finalized it from the Chinese text. The dharani called "The Essence of the Eleven-Faced Arya's Vidya-mantra."
