་མཚན་མོ་ཙནྡན་དཀར་པོའི་ཕྱེ་མའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་བགྱིས་ཏེ། མེ་ཏོག་སྣ་ཚོགས་བཀྲམ་ནས་ཡོངས་སུ་དག་པར་ཁྲུས་བགྱིས་ཏེ། གོས་སར་པ་གཙང་མ་བགོས་ནས་སུག་པར་པོག་ཕོར་ཐོགས་ཏེ། ཨ་ག་རུ་བསྲེགས་ལ་ཁ་ཤར་ཕྱོགས་སུ་བལྟས་ཏེ། སྐྱིལ་མོ་ཀྲུང་བཅས་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་ལག་སྟོང་མིག་སྟོང་དང་ལྡན་པ་སྤྱི་བོ་ལ་མཆིས་པར་འདུ་ཤེས་ཉེ་བར་བཞག་སྟེ། ལུས་པོ་ཆེའི་སྔགས་ལན་སྟོང་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བགྱིས་ན་འདི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་བའི་ཕན་ཡོན་དང་པོ་མཆོག་ལགས་སོ། །གཞན་ཡང་ཡུངས་ཀར་ཏིལ་གྱི་འབྲས་བུ་དང་གཅིག་ཏུ་བསྲེས་ཏེ་བརྡུངས་ནས་ཕྱེ་མར་བགྱིས་ཏེ། ཕོ་གསུམ་གྱིས་ཅུང་ཟད་ཅིག་བླངས་ནས་ལན་ཅིག་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་བཏབ་སྟེ་ཞུགས་སུ་དོར་བ་དགུང་བདུན་ཚང་བར་བགྱིས་ལ། གདུགས་རེ་ལ་ཡང་ལན་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་ཚང་བར་བགྱིས་ན་སླད་ཀྱིས་ཅི་བགྱིའོ་འཚལ་མངོན་པར་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་ལགས་སོ། །དེ་ལ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་གི་འཇིགས་པ་མ་མཆིས་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ནི་འདི་ལགས་ཏེ། འགྲེང་ནས་སུག་པ་རྐང་པ་གཉིས་གཤིབས་ཏེ། སྔར་སུག་པ་ལག་པ་གཡས་པ་བཀན་ཏེ་ལག་ངར་གཡོན་པ་བཏེག་ནས་པུས་མོའི་སྟེང་དུ་བཞག་པར་བགྱིས་ཏེ། སུག་པ་ལག་པ་གཡོན་པ་ཡང་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་བགྱིས་ནས། རྟག་པར་རིང་བསྲེལ་གྱི་མདུན་དུ་ལུས་པོ་ཆེའི་སྔགས་ལན་སྟོང་ རྩ་བརྒྱད་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བགྱིས་ན། མྱུར་དུ་སེམས་ཅན་ལ་མི་འཇིགས་པ་སྩལ་བའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་གྱི་སྒོ་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་ལགས་སོ། །གཞན་ཡང་ཤིང་ཀུན་དང་། ཡུངས་ཀར་དང་། ཤུ་དག་དང་། ཏ་ཏ་པའི་རིལ་བུ་བླངས་ཏེ་དངོས་པོ་འདི་དག་ཞུགས་ཀྱི་ནང་དུ་བོར་ཏེ་བསྲེག་པར་བགྱིའོ། །འདི་དག་སྲེག་པའང་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་གཟུགས་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་སྔར་རམ། དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་རམ། གནས་གཙང་མ་དག་ཏུ་བསྲེགས་ནས་ལུས་པོ་ཆེའི་སྔགས་བཟླས་ཏེ། སྔགས་ལན་རེ་བཟླ་ཞིང་ལན་རེ་བསྲེགས་པ་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་ཚང་བར་བགྱིས་ནས་སྤོས་དང་མེ་ཏོག་དག་གིས་རིག་སྔགས་ལ་མཆོད་པར་བགྱིས་ན། ཅི་དང་ཅི་སྨོན་པ་རྣམས་ཡིད་བཞིན་དུ་མངོན་པར་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་ལགས་སོ། །གལ་ཏེ་རིག་སྔགས་གཞན་གྱིས་མི་ཐུབ་པ་དག་སྔགས་འདིས་བཏབ་ནས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཐུབ་ཅིང་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་ལགས་སོ། །གལ་ཏེ་རྨི་ལྟས་མཐོང་བར་འཚལ་ན་སྔགས་འདི་བཟླས་ནས་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་བགྱིས་ཏེ་མིག་ལ་བཏབ་ན་ཅི་དང་ཅི་མཐོང་བར་འཚལ་བ་དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་རྨི་ལམ་དུ་མཐོང་བར་འཚལ་ལགས་སོ། །བསོད་ནམས་མ་མཆིས་པ་གང་

夜晚用白檀香粉末做坛城，摆上各种鲜花，沐浴使之完全洁净，穿上干净的丝绸衣服，手上拿着木碗，焚烧沉香，面向东方，结跏趺坐，观想顶上有千手千眼的观世音菩萨，专注忆念。念诵大身咒一千零八遍，这会获得成就，是第一殊胜的利益。此外，将芥子和芝麻的果实混合捣成粉末，用三个指头取少许，念诵咒语加持一次，投入火中，连续七天。对每一把灰烬也念诵一百零八遍，之后想要做什么都会如愿成就。再者，观世音菩萨的大无畏手印是这样的：站立，双脚并拢。先将右手弯曲，抬起左手肘放在膝盖上。左手也同样做。经常在舍利塔前念诵大身咒一千零八遍，会迅速获得赐予众生无畏的禅定之门。此外，取臭椿、芥子、白菖蒲和塔塔帕的丸子，将这些东西投入火中焚烧。焚烧这些东西也要在佛像前，或者坛城，或者清净的地方焚烧，念诵大身咒，每念诵一遍咒语就焚烧一次，共一百零八遍，用香和鲜花供养明咒，那么所祈求的一切都会如愿成就。如果其他明咒无法做到的事情，用这个咒语加持，一切都能做到并成就。如果想要看到梦兆，念诵这个咒语，结手印，放在眼睛上，想要看到什么，所有那些都会在梦中显现。任何没有福德的

At night, make a mandala with white sandalwood powder, arrange various flowers, bathe to make it completely clean, put on clean silk clothes, hold a wooden bowl in your hand, burn agarwood, face east, sit in the lotus position, visualize the thousand-armed and thousand-eyed Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva on the crown of your head, and focus your mind. Recite the Great Body Mantra one thousand and eight times, and this will lead to accomplishment, which is the first and supreme benefit. Furthermore, mix mustard seeds and sesame seeds together, pound them into powder, take a small amount with three fingers, bless it once with the mantra, and throw it into the fire for seven consecutive days. Recite the mantra one hundred and eight times for each handful of ashes, and afterwards, whatever you wish to do will be accomplished as desired. Moreover, the great fearless mudra of Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva is as follows: Stand up straight with your feet together. First, bend your right hand, raise your left elbow and place it on your knee. Do the same with your left hand. Always recite the Great Body Mantra one thousand and eight times in front of a stupa, and you will quickly attain the gate of samadhi that bestows fearlessness upon sentient beings. Furthermore, take the pills of Ailanthus altissima, mustard seeds, sweet flag, and Tata pa, and throw these things into the fire to burn. Burning these things should also be done in front of a Buddha statue, or a mandala, or in a clean place, reciting the Great Body Mantra. Recite the mantra once and burn once, a total of one hundred and eight times, and offer incense and flowers to the vidya-mantra, then whatever you wish for will be accomplished as desired. If other vidya-mantras cannot accomplish something, bless it with this mantra, and everything can be done and accomplished. If you want to see dream omens, recite this mantra, make the mudra, and place it on your eyes, and whatever you want to see, all those things will appear in your dreams. Any lack of merit
