Offerings are made to the Bhagavan with showers of various flowers. Then, the great Yaksha general, Vajrapani, blazing with body and brandishing the vajra, with great majesty and the gait of a lion, went to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the noble Avalokiteshvara, and having approached, bowed his head at the feet of the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the Bhagavan Avalokiteshvara. He offered a garland adorned with pleasing, immaculate moon-like flowers and various jewels to the Bhagavan Padmapani. For the sake of enjoying this garland of pleasing, immaculate moon-like flowers adorned with various jewels, and for the sake of your love for me, please accept it with great compassion. May you benefit me for a long time and bring me happiness. The greatest of the great Wrathful Ones is spoken of, and merely by remembering him, the three-thousand great-thousand world realm shakes in six ways. All untamed demons, all untamed nagas, yakshas, rakshasas, bhutas, flesh-eating demons, and untamed heretics, together with their households, burn and blaze in every part of their bodies, falling face down and being incinerated. With the meaningful iron hook that leads to death and dries up life, I shall always hold the king of wrathful ones on the crown of my head. I hold! I meditate! I offer! I expand! Whoever, holding the king of wrathful ones in their hand, whether a mantra holder, a son or daughter of good family, a monk or nun, a male or female lay practitioner, a renunciate or brahmin, a king, a commoner, or an outcaste, whether they hold it in their hand, wear it on their body, look at it, ask about it, or even just hear of the king of wrathful ones, Bhagavan, I will respectfully bear the burden. I will hold it on my head. I will protect it. I will completely accomplish it. All thoughts and hopes in the heart will be completely fulfilled. Please bestow the great accomplishment of great accomplishment. Yakshas, rakshasas, obstacles, and untamed heretics.

May all places be cleared separately. Always follow, protect, save, and delight. Always grant sight at all times. Always without ceasing, may all necessities be fulfilled without weariness and completely. May strength, diligence, and splendor be generated in the body, and may they be friends of merit and wisdom. May all enemies be cleared separately. May wealth, grain, food, drink, clothing, perfume, and ornaments be bestowed. May they be attended to like an only child. May they be supremely devoted at all times with faith and reverence. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the noble Avalokiteshvara, said to the great Yaksha general Vajrapani, "This excellent promise you have made is very good, very good." Saying this, he extended his right hand, took a garland of pleasing moon-like, immaculate flowers adorned with various jewels. For the sake of affectionate remembrance of Vajrapani, and for the enjoyment of all the Tathagatas, and for the enjoyment of all the deities dwelling in the mandala, and for the enjoyment of gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, mahoragas, humans, and all non-humans who dwell in this mandala and abide by their vows, he remained as he was. He scattered it upon the heads of the Tathagatas. 以各种珍宝装饰的楼阁式宫殿中，极其安住。其手中金刚杵顶端的正上方，也安住着令人喜悦的无垢月亮花楼阁。其圣观自在的顶端，也以令人喜悦的无垢月亮花楼阁，各种珍宝装饰，卡达拉花点缀而安住。楼阁式宫殿的近旁，阎魔、水神、身恶者、欢喜者、近欢喜者、自在天、大自在天之子、梵天、遍入天、大自在天等，手持拂尘摇动而住。彼等也被众多大集会眷属围绕并置于前方。坛城的明咒之王诸神，也都在虚空中令人喜悦的无垢月亮花楼阁，以各种珍宝装饰的楼阁中安住，如太阳和月亮交相辉映，又如满月在空中被星星和星群围绕般闪耀。那些花朵之中，天界的令人喜悦的无垢各种花朵，以及天界的莲花、姑母达、奔达日嘎、曼达拉瓦、玛哈曼达拉瓦、罗擦花、玛哈罗擦花、萨拉花、达拉嘎、达玛拉花、占巴嘎、阿迪穆嘎达花、阿输嘎花、巴达拉花、尼拉花、玛哈尼拉花、甘达瓦尔夏嘎花、苏曼花、达拉纳和姑阿嘎的花雨连绵降下。为了供养世尊，以及供养大坛城，天界的殊妙法衣和各种装饰的雨，如雨般降下，供养十方一切如来。如是，大威神力显现。五种乐器的声音，无需敲击，也在空中自然发出声音。《圣妙义成就之索心经》。

It dwells exceedingly in the immeasurable palace of storied pavilions adorned with various treasures. In its hand, directly above the top of the vajra, also dwells exceedingly a delightful, stainless moon flower storied pavilion. On the very top of that noble Avalokiteśvara, also a delightful, stainless moon flower storied pavilion, adorned with various great precious jewels, beautified with kadalya flowers, abides. All around the storied pavilion, Yama, water deities, the Evil-bodied One, the Joyful One, the Near Joyful One, Īśvara, the son of Mahēśvara, Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Mahēśvara, holding whisks in their hands, wave them and sit. They are also surrounded by and have before them a great assembly of attendants. All those deities of the King of Knowledge of the maṇḍala also reside in the sky in a delightful, stainless moon flower storied pavilion, in a storied pavilion adorned with garlands of various precious jewels, like the sun and moon shining together, and like a full moon in the sky surrounded by stars and constellations, they shine brilliantly. Within those flowers, a rain of divine, delightful, stainless various flowers, and divine lotuses, kumudas, puṇḍarīkas, mandaravas, mahāmandaravas, roca flowers, mahāroca flowers, sala flowers, tālakas, tamāla flowers, campakas, adhimukta flowers, aśoka flowers, patala flowers, nīla flowers, mahānīla flowers, gandhavarṣaka flowers, suman flowers, taraṇas, and kuaaka flowers continuously falls. For the purpose of offering to the Bhagavan, and for the purpose of offering to the great maṇḍala, and a rain of excellent divine garments and various ornaments falls like rain, offering to all the Tathāgatas of the ten directions. Thus, the greatness of great miracles appears. The sounds of the five kinds of musical instruments also arise in the sky without being struck.
