The vidyādhara will be served and revered in all his activities. He will enjoy all pleasures and delights together with the gods of the easily visible heavenly realms. He will perfectly obtain a thousand years of divine life. By placing a bindu at the navel and merely entering the Nāga Lake, the Nāga King, together with his retinue, consorts, and young daughters, will all be present and say: "Vidyādhara, please command! We will do your work and fulfill all your needs, attending to you closely until the end of your life. We will accomplish all your tasks without any delay. We will cherish you by enjoying the supreme pleasures of the Nāga gods. We will follow you for a thousand years of divine life. We will bestow all wealth upon you. Various kinds of jewels, gold, silver, beryl, conch shell stone, coral, sālasāra wood, gold, pearls, indranīla, emerald, padmarāga, beryl, and all things that are exceedingly good will be bestowed upon you. The supreme food of the gods and the heaps of wealth of the gods will fill the treasuries. We will stop excessive rainfall. When there is a scarcity of rain, we will cause rain to fall. We will stop untimely rain. We will cause rain to fall in season and the continuation of rain in season. Various kinds of divine flowers and various kinds of divine fruits will be readily provided. We will attend to you and revere you until the end of your life. We will place the feet of the vidyādhara on the crown of our heads. We will follow the words and thoughts of the vidyādhara. By placing a bindu between the two arms, one will have the strength of a thousand elephants. One will not be overcome by the strength of external opponents and all enemies. In all battles and wars, one will be granted unobstructed power and victory to overcome the enemy. One will also conquer all asuras. All the gods will gather here.

Together with twenty attendants, one will obtain whatever is desired. Having placed a dot on the neck, and reciting once the Wrathful Hook on the neck, and going to the king's palace, one will obtain as much clothing, ornaments, and jewelry as desired. One will always become the supreme object worthy of being offered to by the king and queen along with their retinue. The attainment of great power will be accomplished. Having placed a dot on the palm of the hand, and reciting it once, whatever is touched will be controlled. All that is desired will be given, and all commands will be carried out. Having smeared it on the right hand and recited it once, and striking the city gate, all the yakshas and rakshasas dwelling in the city will be controlled, they will stand before one, and all of them will act according to the commands. Whatever beings dwell in that city, women, men, boys, and girls, all of them will be controlled, they will stay, and as long as one wishes to stay in that city, they will perform all tasks, stay, and stand before one. Having smeared it on the left hand, and striking the king's gate, as long as one wishes to stay, all that has been controlled will be given. Having smeared it on the right hand and recited it once, and striking the secret door of the cave, all the secret houses will remain open, and all those dwelling in the houses will be controlled and stay. Having smeared it on both feet and recalling the secret mantra once, all the yakshas, rakshasas, bhutas, and flesh-eaters dwelling in the charnel ground will stand before one and be controlled, all the doors of the houses will be opened, and all will perform whatever tasks there are.
