Therefore it will be completely purified. One will always be victorious over all fears. Everything will follow from great fear. If it is applied to all places, everything will be useful. Then, the things to be used as substances are white sandalwood, sandalwood, Indian frankincense, rue, calamus, betel, camphor, nutmeg, lotus leaf, উৎপala, nard, three fruits, three hot things, cardamom, madder, sugari, two kinds of rajanya, juniper, shea butter, saffron, etc., and be fully endowed. Mix all these together, grind them finely, mix them with molasses and water to make pills, recite the secret mantra eight hundred times, and dry them in the shade. This is the accomplishment of the pill, which will conquer all and is auspicious. Apply the best pills to drums, big drums, and conches, go to a high place, and as long as the sound of the conch, the big drum, and the clay drum are heard, one will become fearless. All poisonous things will become non-toxic, and there is no need to worry. All diseases, all evils, plagues, and all bad harvests will be completely pacified. One will become happy and prosperous. Those sinful beings who commit the five heinous crimes, who are immersed in hell, will have all their sins purified by merely hearing my voice, die in happiness, and be reborn in the Pure Land. If applied to clothing, oneself will obtain great offerings, and abide in ruling over all, accomplishing the supreme meaning. Wealth and grain will greatly increase, and accomplishing what is needed is supreme. Everything will become an offering, and it will always be appropriate to receive words. The king will turn from anger to laughter and speech. One will become a great gift to women and will always be free from disease. One will always be endowed with diligence, endowed with strength, always endowed with glory and splendor, always endowed with the strength of ten elephants, and after death will be reborn in heaven. Thus spoke to the earth: "Oh Blessed One, what I possess is the detailed mandala of the great Dharani of the Unfailing Snare Hook, called the Unfailing Snare Hook, as well as the essence of the Unfailing Snare, and the viewing, practice, and accomplishment through recitation of the great mandala, the great Unfailing Transformation, the accomplishment of the samaya through the blessings of all the Tathagatas. Whoever, all the great mandalas where lotuses bloom, the mudras, the sequential distinctions, the secret mantras, the rituals, and all the blissful practices, are the accomplishment of following the great samaya of all the generalities of the lineages. For example, the mandalas of the Tathagata family, the Padma family, the Vajra family, and the Ratna family, the essence of immeasurable light, the supreme first Vajra Jewel Peak, the samaya of the first mandala, everything follows and knows the samaya, and everything will be blessed, so that the vidyadhara may accomplish everything supremely, and for the sake of compassion for all sentient beings, I will proclaim it before the Blessed One, in the midst of the great assembly. I will speak to destroy all the sins and obscurations of the women, men, children, and girls of the four castes of the world. I will also bestow true accomplishment. Then, the Blessed One, the Tathagata Shakyamuni, spoke to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Avalokiteshvara: 'Oh great pure being, your roots of virtue are pure and exceedingly pure, excellent, excellent! It should be taught to all vidyadharas, all sentient beings, shramanas, brahmins, kings, vaishyas, shudras, women, men, children, and girls. All the Tathagatas have blessed Avalokiteshvara to follow the general accomplishment of all lineages according to the samaya. I also do so.'
