All the symbols should be depicted as residing on lotuses. At the four gates, the deities of the lotus mandala should be depicted, namely, Vajrapani at the eastern gate, Ekajati at the southern gate, Vajra-śṛnkhalā at the western gate, and the messenger goddess and the vidyā-mantra goddesses at the northern gate. The outer edge of the mandala should be made like a flower platform. The outer mandala should be made with a mass of ever-spreading vines. On that outer mandala, lotuses should be drawn with barley flour. All around the mandala, it should be adorned with full vases and arrows tied with ribbons, and with containers filled with fragrant water, and adorned with containers filled with scented water, and with incense burners, and adorned with various flowers, and with scented water and water for offering, and with fruits and beverages, and with silver flowers and gold flowers, and with copper flowers, fearlessly adorned. 复诵明咒，以及引入弟子，（进行）坛城的誓言、手印，触及五种圆满。智者念诵手印和真言，将有意义的铁钩大明咒应用于一切。束缚界限，束缚方位，束缚顶髻，进入，誓言，沐浴，穿衣，礼拜，绕行，将这些都应用于一切。火供和念诵的仪轨，寂静，增益，猛厉，勾招，迎请，祈请降临，以及如实幻化，一切事业，持明咒者在一切时都应用，迅速且圆满地掌握，因此将成为无上成就。念珠，手镯，干净的丝线，吉祥草，芥子，与水混合，为了供养而拿起吉祥草垫子，结跏趺坐而行事，供养莲花和供水的坛城，这些必须恒常不断地在一切时中确定。应忆念有意义的铁钩明咒，忆念殊胜成就，成办一切事业，以及所需的一切。以那个真言再次祈请返回。不要与其他真言混合，这个手印和真言，仅诵读一次即是殊胜成就。一切佛和一切菩萨都加持过，圣观世音自在也加持过，是真实成就且施予殊胜的。见到有意义的铁钩坛城，这个神圣的坛城，能净除一切罪业和障碍，一切罪业，以及先前积累的往昔恶业都将彻底摧毁。世间的成就是安乐，来世的果报是巨大的安乐，死亡之时往生极乐世界，从莲花中于诸佛面前化生，如果念诵，将能忆起宿世，以及所宣说的。

Reciting the vidya-mantra, as well as introducing disciples, (performing) the vows and mudras of the mandala, touching the five perfections. The wise should recite the mudras and mantras, and apply the great vidya-mantra of the meaningful iron hook to everything. Binding the boundary, binding the directions, binding the crown of the head, entering, vows, bathing, dressing, prostrating, circumambulating, apply all these to everything. The rituals of homa and recitation, pacifying, increasing, fierce, summoning, inviting, requesting to descend, and likewise truly transforming, all activities, the mantra holder should apply at all times, quickly and completely mastering, therefore one will become unsurpassed accomplishment. Rosary, bracelet, clean silk thread, kusha grass, mustard seeds, mixed with water, taking the kusha grass mat for offering, performing actions in the lotus posture, offering lotuses and water offering mandalas, these must be constantly and continuously determined at all times. The meaningful iron hook mantra should be remembered, remembering the supreme accomplishment, accomplishing all activities, and whatever is needed. With that very mantra, request to return again. Do not mix with other mantras, this mudra and mantra, reciting it only once is supreme accomplishment. All Buddhas and all Bodhisattvas have blessed it, and the noble Avalokiteśvara has also blessed it, it is truly accomplished and bestows the supreme. Seeing the meaningful iron hook mandala, this sacred mandala, can purify all sins and obscurations, all sins, and the previously accumulated past bad deeds will be completely destroyed. Worldly accomplishment is happiness, the fruit in the next life is great happiness, at the time of death, one goes to Sukhavati, and is born miraculously from a lotus in front of the Buddhas, if one recites, one will be able to remember past lives, and what is being taught.
