The vow of the Tathagata family, entering the vast lotus mandala is common to all families, and is accomplished through recitation. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the noble Avalokiteshvara, merely uttered the essence single syllable, the secret of all Tathagata families, the common liberation mandala, and the three thousand great thousand worlds shook in six ways, and rains of divine flowers fell profusely, and rains of all kinds of precious jewels fell profusely. Tathagatas, as many as the sands of the Ganges River, billions of kotis, all descended and remained in the center of the sky by means of magical powers. Meaningful sequentially unfolded clouds, the seven precious jewels of the gods descended and covered, and the flowers of the seven precious jewels of the gods, as well as the ornaments of the gods and rains of various garments, were profusely showered for the purpose of offering and honoring the Bhagavan and the noble Avalokiteshvara who entered the form of the Unfailing King. Those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, also uttered sounds of praise, saying: "Well done! Well done! Great pure-minded one, you have shown the supreme appearance of the Buddha, it is very good! Very good!" For example, the secret mudra of the family of all Tathagatas, the mandala, and the sequentially unfolded place of the vidya-mantra, the mandala of liberation, and following the single syllable, is like a single sun rising in the three thousand great thousand worlds. Whether past, future, or present Buddhas, the Bhagavat, the appearance of Buddhas as numerous as the dust motes of the three thousand great thousand worlds, one complete Buddha appearance follows all, follows with the essence single syllable, follows with the sequential unfolding of the mudra and mandala, and follows with a single vow. The Unfailing Emanation, the mandala of liberation, this excellent secret of the Tathagata, is drawn by the Unfailing secret mantra noose and established in the vow of a single body, and then it is called the Unfailing Noose.
