རས་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་སོ། སྙིང་པོ་ཡི་གེ་གཅིག་པའི་གཟུངས་སྔགས་ནི་རྟག་ཏུ་བཀླགས་པས་གྲུབ་པ། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །（愿）加持。心髓一字陀罗尼，是恒常念诵即可成就的，是一切如来所加持的。之后，薄伽梵如来释迦牟尼对菩萨摩诃萨观世音自在说：“善哉！”并赐予，具大悲者，善哉！善哉！如实修持即可成就，一切如来部的誓言皆得成就，此为修持念诵不空绢索心髓最为殊胜，请说功德聚。此心髓字是不空绢索修法仪轨，修持简易，念诵即可成就，是包含手印、坛城、身像图画等的无上修法仪轨。之后，菩萨摩诃萨圣观世音自在对薄伽梵如是禀告道：薄伽梵，不空绢索广大莲花坛城，以及莲花部解脱坛城，及如实之誓言大秘密，以及部类总修念诵成就之物和仪轨，我将宣说，请薄伽梵加持。薄伽梵，无论谁忆念我，我都会亲临其前，所有愿望皆如意圆满，所有明咒悉地皆赐予。薄伽梵开示道：观世音自在，善哉！善哉！如是，你当救度一切有情，你当尽皆施予持明者殊胜之胜成就。不空绢索心髓秘密誓言，以及一字随入部类总集，如来加持之物和修法仪轨，请说。之后，菩萨摩诃萨圣观世音自在听闻薄伽梵所出之语，心甚欢喜，说道物和仪轨：薄伽梵，请您亲身焚烧一切罪业，无余。

May it be blessed. The essence, the single-syllable mantra, is always accomplished by recitation. It is blessed by all the Tathagatas. Then, the Blessed One, the Tathagata Shakyamuni, said to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Avalokiteshvara, "Well done!" And bestowed it, saying, "Well done, well done, possessor of great compassion! Accomplishing that very reality is accomplished. All the vows of the Tathagata family are accomplished. This, the accomplishment of reciting the essence of the unfailing lasso, is supremely excellent, so speak of the heap of virtues!" This essence syllable is the ritual for accomplishing the unfailing lasso, easy to accomplish. Accomplished by recitation, it is the unsurpassed ritual for accomplishing mudras, mandalas, body images, and drawings. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the Noble Avalokiteshvara, said to the Blessed One, "Blessed One, the mandala of the vast lotus of the unfailing lasso, and the mandala of liberation of the lotus family, and the great secret of the vow of that very reality, and the means and rituals for accomplishing the recitation of the general practice of the family, I will explain. Please, Blessed One, bless me. Blessed One, whoever remembers me, I will be near before them, and I will completely fulfill all their wishes as they desire. I will bestow all the siddhis of the vidya mantras." The Blessed One said, "Avalokiteshvara, well done, well done! Thus, you shall liberate all sentient beings, and you shall fully bestow that supreme, excellent siddhi of the mantra holders. Speak of the means and the ritual for accomplishing the secret vow of the essence of the unfailing lasso, and the single syllable that follows the general family, blessed by the Tathagata." Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the Noble Avalokiteshvara, having heard the words spoken by the Blessed One, his heart greatly rejoiced, and he spoke of the means and the ritual: "Blessed One, please manifestly burn all sins, without remainder."

得以穷尽。 宣说从根本上救拔有情地狱之坛城仪轨。 坛城制作成四方形，中央制作莲花轮。 用各种颜色的颜料加以区分。 莲花花蕊的中央，安住观世音自在。 用装满水的宝瓶和幡幢等，从各方面庄严坛城。 摆放各种鲜花。 用熏染了香气的上等香，到处点燃灯鬘。 放置供水。 从四种香炉中焚烧古古、娑罗树脂、沉香和杜鲁迦香。 持明咒者沐浴后，穿上干净的衣服，守持斋戒。 靠近安住，在初八，或十四，或十五。 在上弦月时修持。 面朝东方安坐。 有益索套在三个时辰中，念诵二十一遍。 或者念诵心咒一百零八遍。 单独一个字念诵一百万遍。 夜间无间断地念诵。 黎明时分，世间自在，在花蕊中央燃烧。 供养、摇动，以此，十六大地狱的门都会裂开。 从地狱之处发出巨大的力量。 仅仅是摇动，地狱的所有感受都会彻底摧毁。 那个地狱也会彻底摧毁。 那些地狱的有情，解脱后向十方奔跑。 从地狱的所有痛苦中解脱。 将会进入天界之路。 所有畜生道的痛苦，都会从畜生道中完全解脱。 自身的业障、罪恶和难以忍受的痛苦都会彻底消除。 将会从轮回的所有痛苦中完全解脱。 如果所有罪业都已穷尽。 届时，圣观世音自在会示现金色身，并施予一切殊胜。 将会获得名为“有益无垢智慧海庄严”的等持。 将会获得远离业障、心之庄严完全清净的自性之体。 如来恒河沙数九十九俱胝百千

May it be exhausted. Saying the ritual of the mandala that fundamentally liberates sentient beings from hell. Having made the mandala square, make a lotus wheel in the center. Distinguish with various colors of paint. In the center of the lotus stamen, let Avalokiteśvara reside. With filled vases and banners, adorn the mandala from all sides. Arrange various flowers well. With incense imbued with good fragrance, make garlands of lamps everywhere. Place offering water. Burn gugul, sala resin, agarwood, and turushka incense from four incense burners. The vidyādhara, having bathed, wearing clean clothes, and fasting, staying nearby, on the eighth, or fourteenth, or fifteenth day of the waxing moon, perform the practice. Sitting facing east, the Amoghapāśa, in three periods, recite twenty-one times. Or recite the essence mantra one hundred and eight times. Recite the single syllable one hundred thousand times. Recite without interruption at night. As dawn breaks, the Lord of the World, blazing in the center of the stamen, offering and moving, by that, the doors of the sixteen great hells will be broken open. From the place of hell, with great force, just by shaking and stirring, all the sensations of hell will be completely destroyed. That hell will also be completely destroyed. Those sentient beings in hell, freed, run in the ten directions, freed from all the suffering of hell. They will enter the path of heaven. All the suffering of the animal realm will be completely liberated from the animals. One's own obscurations, sins, and unbearable sufferings will be completely exhausted. One will be completely liberated from all the sufferings of samsara. If all sins are exhausted, then the noble Avalokiteśvara will show a golden body and bestow all excellence. One will attain the samādhi called "Amogha Immaculate Wisdom Ocean Array." One will attain the nature of being free from obscurations, the ornament of the mind, and completely pure. The Tathāgata, as many as the sands of the Ganges, ninety-nine kotis of hundreds of thousands.

All accomplishments and needs will be accomplished. If all sins are not exhausted, then one will not see the body of the Noble Avalokiteshvara as golden in color, therefore one should know that there are still obscurations and remaining sins. At that very moment, having performed the second fasting of the recitation ritual, all sins and obscurations and their roots will be completely removed. If one performs the third fasting of the recitation ritual, when the three recitation rituals are completed, the Noble Avalokiteshvara extends his right hand, raises the vidyadhara, and immediately places him in the presence of Amitabha in the Sukhavati realm, and manifests and abides. Having fasted, he places the mandala facing the manifestation, and the vidyadhara performs the ritual, remembering the secret mantra, and dusts with peacock feathers. By just that, one will obtain the distinction of qualities, and all sins and obscurations will be exhausted. All diseases and poisons and sufferings and the five heinous crimes will be exhausted, without doubt. One will obtain the very nature of being free from obscurations, and will be suitable to receive vows. One will be accepted by all the gods, everything.
