Bowing my head to the two feet of the wealthy one, having circumambulated three times, offering the beautiful and immaculate moon flower, planting the kneecap of the right knee on the ground, I beseech the great Bodhisattva, the noble Avalokiteśvara, saying: "Oh, Bhagavan, I am extremely ignorant, my memory is completely lost, and my courage of wisdom is diminished. I do not know the many secret mantras and mudras of the essence of the Amoghapāśa, nor the extremely extensive painted ritual. What is the first? What is the middle? What is the last? What is the root mantra? What is the heart mantra? What is the near heart mantra? What is the secret mantra up to the ten-syllable mantra? What are the mandala, the detailed ritual, and the painting? Oh, Bhagavan, please grant me an opportunity to understand." Then, the great Bodhisattva, the noble Avalokiteśvara, for the sake of loving Vajrapani, took the beautiful and immaculate moon flower and scattered it into the sky for the purpose of offering it to the Bhagavan. As soon as it was scattered, it remained in the form of a wheel above the head of the Bhagavan. Spreading five hundred yojanas, rising upwards from the ground itself, it remained up to the Akaniṣṭha heaven. Adorned with a great blue lapis lazuli tree trunk, with banners tied with golden bells of the Jambu river hanging, it became beautiful and blazing. The form of the wheel, perfectly revolving, was more illuminating than hundreds of thousands of millions of suns, perfectly pure, perfectly cleansed, and the extremely immaculate golden stupa was extremely beautifully situated. Adorned with various great precious jewels, it was delightful, completely satisfying the mind's chariot, delightful to see, worthy of being worshiped by gods and asuras, worthy of being remembered, worthy of being praised by sages, and worthy of being prophesied by the Buddhas, the Bhagavat. Everywhere, with the pistils of the beautiful and immaculate moon flower, there was a seven-jeweled mansion where the body of the Tathagata resided.

Residing surrounded by the mandala of the wheel of light, with a celestial palace completely surrounded by umbrellas from all directions, and gods, nagas, aquatic beings, goddesses, naga maidens, non-human maidens, gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, non-humans, mahoragas, mantra holders, and vidyadharas by the hundreds and thousands, with palaces of various celestial flowers, and celestial ornaments, clothes, adorned with fluttering, silk banners, flags, fragrances, garlands, unguents, powders, Dharma robes, umbrellas, victory banners, and flags held, offering to the Bhagavan and the mandala of the retinue, the rain of clouds of various celestial offerings falling, the songs of the celestial gandharvas being sung correctly, and with drums and cymbals and so forth making music for the sake of offering. On Mount Potala, together with the palace mandala, a great clamorous sound arose. All the gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, non-humans, mahoragas, and so forth who dwell on Mount Potala also obtained contentment and attained the marvelous. I, along with the sons of the gods of Ris, the Four Great Kings, the Excellent Jewel, the Excellent Fullness, the God of Strength, Yama, the Water God, the gods of evil bodies, and the youthful gods, holding the handle of the umbrella, make offerings to the Bhagavan. The great heavenly palace makes offerings with clouds of offerings transformed by the divine emanations.
