如果这些每一个心髓仅仅通过念诵就能成办佛的事业，那么观世音自在，为何极其辛劳地念诵修持，更何况盛大的仪轨呢？如果一天一夜安住于斋戒，乞食食物，吃果实、蔬菜和根茎，修持此明咒，那么观世音自在的成就将会如何呢？观世音自在说道：金刚手，仅仅一天一夜安住于斋戒，仅仅念诵一天一夜，就能成就果实。 那么金刚手种姓之子，或种姓之女，或比丘，或比丘尼，或近事男，或近事女，或者其他断发苦行者，种姓之主婆罗门，或国王种姓，或男人，或女人，或男孩，或女孩，或贱民种姓，或平民种姓，无论何者，刹那、片刻、须臾，或一个时辰，或两个时辰，或三个时辰圆满，不与他人交谈，忆念一次有意义的索套莲花顶髻心髓，忿怒部族的秘密真言次第分开，大陀罗尼心髓十者吗？或者读诵吗？或者忆念名字吗？金刚手，仅仅在一个时辰忆念，也能使其造作无间罪堕入无间地狱，安住于劫者，也能由此全部清净，积累的罪恶和障碍得以穷尽。身体完全清净，变得无垢。远离障碍和罪恶。命终之后，在极乐世界从清净的莲花中化生。生生世世忆念前世。任何时候也不会堕入恶趣。八十俱胝那由他劫成为最胜的转轮王。八十俱胝那由他劫在极乐世界感受安乐。六十二俱胝劫在显现欢喜世界感受安乐。七十二俱胝劫在世界能见中转生。生生世世忆念前世。

If these individual essences can accomplish the deeds of the Buddha merely through recitation, then why would Avalokiteśvara, the Lord of Compassion, engage in recitation and practice with such great effort and fatigue, let alone elaborate rituals? If one observes a one-day and one-night fast, begs for food, and consumes fruits, vegetables, and roots, and then practices this vidyā-mantra, what kind of accomplishment will result from Avalokiteśvara, the Lord of Compassion? Avalokiteśvara, the Lord of Compassion, said: Vajrapāṇi, merely by observing a one-day and one-night fast and reciting for just one day and one night, one will attain the fruit. Whether it be a son or daughter of the Vajrapāṇi lineage, a monk, a nun, a male or female lay practitioner, or any other shaven-headed ascetic, a Brahmin who is the head of a lineage, a kingly lineage, a man, a woman, a boy, a girl, a low-caste person, or a commoner, whoever, for a moment, a short time, a brief moment, or one hour, two hours, or three hours completely, without speaking to others, remembers even once the meaningful noose, the essence of the lotus crown, the secret mantras of the wrathful family arranged in order, the ten essences of the great dhāraṇī mantra? Or reads them? Or remembers even the names? Vajrapāṇi, merely remembering for one hour will purify all the deeds that cause one to fall into the Avīci hell, and even those who dwell in kalpas will be purified by it, and the accumulated sins and obscurations will be exhausted. The body will be completely purified and become stainless. One will be free from obscurations and sins. After death, one will be born miraculously from pure lotuses in the Sukhāvatī realm. One will remember one's past lives in every lifetime. One will never go to the lower realms. For eighty billion nayutas of kalpas, one will become the supreme universal monarch. For eighty billion nayutas of kalpas, one will experience bliss in the Sukhāvatī realm. For sixty-two kotis of kalpas, one will experience bliss in the Abhirati realm. For seventy-two kotis of kalpas, one will be born in the realm of Lokadarśana. One will remember one's past lives in every lifetime.

于六十二百万劫中，成为持有宝珠的转轮圣王。于八十千俱胝劫中，于圣观自在的居处普陀山享受安乐。于九十九千劫中，生于色究竟天诸天众之中。于八十百万劫中，于兜率天诸天众之中享受安乐。于三十三百万劫中，成为帝释天。于五十二百万劫中，进入十方诸佛的刹土。于二万劫中，享用转轮圣王的国政，永不胎生，无论生于何处，皆为化生。于一切生中，忆念宿世。金刚手，仅忆念此明咒一次，即具足广大善根福德之聚。金刚手，若有人一日或一次斋戒，并伴随念诵，金刚手，此人于此生中，其自主之体性，远离遮障，获得名为“大义无垢”之三摩地。获得义成就庄严之三摩地。获得莲花光明遍照之三摩地。获得名为“义成就无垢显现”之三摩地。获得名为“义成就遍见胜幢”之三摩地。获得名为“莲花顶髻圆满胜幢”之三摩地。获得义成就炽燃顶髻之精华秘密成就。如是于九十二俱胝那由他百千诸如来，以及恒河沙数诸如来处，生起善根。具足广大福德之聚。舍寿之后，于极乐世界清净莲花中化生。此乃义成就罥索之精华，仪轨精细。以及义成就莲花顶髻之所有仪轨圆满，并包含手印，所有仪轨精细圆满，应勤修诵持。

For sixty-two million kalpas, one will become a universal monarch holding a jewel. For eighty thousand kotis of kalpas, one will experience bliss in Potala, the abode of the noble Avalokiteśvara. For ninety-nine thousand kalpas, one will be born among the gods of Akanishtha. For eighty million kalpas, one will experience bliss among the gods of Tushita. For thirty-three million kalpas, one will become Indra. For fifty-two million kalpas, one will enter the buddha-fields of the ten directions. For twenty thousand kalpas, one will enjoy the sovereignty of a universal monarch, and will never be born from a womb; wherever one is born, one will be born miraculously. In all lives, one will remember past lives. Vajrapani, merely remembering this mantra once will endow one with a great accumulation of meritorious roots and merit. Vajrapani, if someone observes a fast for one day or once, accompanied by recitation, Vajrapani, in this very life, that person's nature of self-mastery will be free from obscurations, and one will attain the samadhi called "Great Meaning Immaculate." One will attain the samadhi of Accomplishing Meaning Adornment. One will attain the samadhi of Lotus Light Fully Shining. One will attain the samadhi called "Accomplishing Meaning Immaculate Appearance." One will attain the samadhi called "Accomplishing Meaning All-Seeing Victory Banner." One will attain the samadhi called "Lotus Crown Perfected Victory Banner." One will attain the essence secret accomplishment of the blazing crown jewel of accomplishing meaning. Thus, one will generate roots of virtue in the presence of ninety-two kotis nayutas of hundreds of thousands of tathagatas, and tathagatas as numerous as the sands of the Ganges. One will be endowed with a great accumulation of merit. After death, one will be miraculously born from pure lotuses in the blissful realm. This is the essence of the noose of accomplishing meaning, a detailed ritual. And all the rituals of the lotus crown jewel of accomplishing meaning are complete, and including the mudras, all the detailed rituals are complete, one should diligently practice recitation.
