Avalokita (अवलोकित, avalokita, Gazing upon). Cakṣuṣe mahāprajñā (चक्षुषे महाप्रज्ञा, cakṣuṣe mahāprajñā, Eye Great Wisdom). Varadā (वरदा, varadā, Bestower). Pāṇi (पाणि, pāṇi, Hand). Merely remembering this dharani will instantly perfect the Prajñāpāramitā. It will increase the great wisdom of various virtues such as skillful means and wisdom. One will always and continuously possess the wisdom of the ten perfections. It will become the wisdom and intellect to remember all the Tathāgatas of the ten directions, as well as the Buddhas of the past, future, and present. One will never be separated from the six perfections. The mind of generosity, discipline, patience, diligence, meditation, and wisdom will not decline. Until enlightenment, one will not become deluded. Therefore, this is the great dharani of the six perfections, which is meaningful. Homage to the Three Jewels. Homage to the Bodhisattva Mahāsattva, the noble Avalokiteśvara, the Great Compassionate One. Tadyathā. Oṃ amogha vimokṣa. Maṇḍala mahādbhūta vimale. Dhara dhara. Dhiri dhiri. Mahādbhūta. Amitābha. Makuṭa. Dhara hūṃ phaṭ svāhā. In that mandala, after reciting the mantra and blessing the vase filled with mustard seeds and scented water, by sprinkling the water everywhere, just at the moment of sprinkling, within one yojana around the mandala, epidemics will be eliminated and everything will be purified. Like a crystal ball and various precious jewels, it will become a pure, immaculate, and beautiful land. It will become an extremely pure, extremely immaculate, extremely delightful, and extremely pleasing land. It will become an extremely flat land. All the women, men, children, girls, renunciates, Brahmins, those of the royal caste, merchants, and laborers who dwell in that place will be firmly established on the ground of non-retrogression. All of them will not regress. After death, they will be born in the Pure Land of Sukhāvatī. They will remember their past lives.

It will become a great root of virtue, such as a great accumulation of merit, until enlightenment is attained, perfectly and completely, in unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment. Whatever deer and birds belong to the birth place of animals, all those who go and enter in that direction will be completely liberated. They will be well established on the path of happiness. All those who come and touch that earth with their hands will be free from disease, free from afflictions, free from epidemics, without obstacles, and free from sins. They will not experience any diseases of the body in the future. They will become bodies that are always satisfied with happiness. This is the knowledge mantra that purifies all the earth. Homage to the Three Jewels. Homage to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the noble Avalokiteshvara, the Great Compassionate One. Tadyatha. By reciting this over sandalwood, lotus, water, and mustard seeds, and then scattering it on the trunks of trees, flowering trees, fruit trees, various shoots, grass, tree gums, medicines, rivers, lakes, ponds, lotus ponds, and beautiful waterfalls, all those will be filled with nectar. All those will become flowers and fruits of divine substances. Even the heavenly grass, tree gums, medicines, and the lord of the forest will be transformed. Whoever merely touches it, all those who touch it will be free from the stain of miserliness and will abandon jealousy.
