In the instant of application, it will transform into a body like gold from Jambudvipa. The essence of sandalwood snake and the fragrance of Gosirsha will emanate from the body. If put in the mouth, the fragrance of divine utpala will emanate from the mouth. If the tears are applied to the eyes, they will transform into divine eyes like blue divine utpala. If applied to the hair, the hair will transform into a color like the feathers of a divine peacock, and the hair will curl and curl. If poured into the ear holes, it will transform into divine ears, and one will be able to hear for three thousand yojanas. One will be able to see for three thousand yojanas. If drunk, one will live for ten thousand kalpas. One will be able to remember the intermediate kalpas. The methods of dance, and troṭaka, and grammar, and treatises, and Bharata, and Ramayana, and ancient stories, and discipline, and Vinaya, and Jataka, and poetry and verses and all the different parts, and all the detailed rituals, and mandalas, and mudras, and secret mantras, and dharanis, and sutras, and Abhidharma, and the Great Vehicle, all of these will become manifest. In all aspects, one will become a great master of realization and understanding. Then, that woman will say, "Venerable master, please come to my supreme chamber." The vidyādhara should say, and gradually step in with his feet. Then, if that woman reveals her two breasts, the vidyādhara should grab and squeeze her two breasts, and milk will flow from them. Then, the vidyādhara should take it, drink it, and apply it to his feet, and in the instant of application, he will fly into the sky together with a thousand attendants and that goddess.

將會騎乘於第一個風蘊上，將會成為七萬四千位持明轉輪王的持明轉輪王之國王與君主。將會前往極樂世界。彼者將會成為持明者中最殊勝者。是為世間法的儀軌。手持木杖於右手，念誦不空王心咒二十一遍，繞行七圈，心中所想之事，以及任何願望，皆將於剎那間成就。凡欲召請者，皆將被召請而立於前方。若欲召請夜叉與夜叉女，則以石灰繪製圖案，於木杖上念誦不空王七遍，並於夜叉與夜叉女之上繞行。供養古古甲香之焚香。獻上盛裝白色朵瑪之器皿。僅僅繞行七圈，夜叉與夜叉女將會立於前方，並如您所願行事。將會執行任何您所吩咐之事。將會毫無遺漏地完成一切。將會成辦財物、穀物、田地、珍寶、珍珠、白銀、紅花、衣物、床墊、法衣、裝飾品等等。將會成辦任何您所吩咐之事。 於吉祥天女之前繞行，將會賜予眾多殊勝財物。其自身將會立於前方。將會賜予任何您所願求之物。於多聞天子之足前敲擊七次，並憶念不空王二十一遍，多聞天子將會奔來並立於前方。將會賜予眾多財物。將會成辦任何您所願求之物。不發一語，於木杖上念誦二十一遍，並於國王之門前繞行七圈，國王與后妃眷屬將會對您自身與財物擁有支配權。於城市之門前繞行，城市中之婦女、男子、孩童與少女們

One will ride upon the first wind mandala, and will become the king and lord of the seventy-four thousand vidyādhara cakravartins. One will go to the realm of Sukhāvatī. That one will become the most supreme of the vidyādharas. This is the ritual of worldly dharma. Holding a wooden staff in the right hand, recite the essence mantra of the Amoghapasha twenty-one times, and circumambulate seven times, whatever one thinks in the mind, and whatever one desires, all those will be accomplished in an instant. Whatever one wishes to summon, all those will be summoned and stand before one. If one wishes to summon yakshas and yakshinis, draw a picture with lime, and recite the Amoghapasha seven times on the staff, and circumambulate over the yakshas and yakshinis. Offer incense of guggulu. Offer a vessel filled with white torma. Just by circumambulating seven times, the yakshas and yakshinis will stand before one and act according to one's command. They will perform whatever task one commands. They will accomplish everything without omission. They will accomplish wealth, grain, fields, jewels, pearls, silver, saffron, clothes, bedding, robes, ornaments, and so on. They will accomplish whatever else one commands. If one circumambulates before the glorious goddess, she will bestow many excellent riches. Her own form will stand before one. She will bestow whatever one desires. If one strikes the feet of Vaishravana seven times and remembers the Amoghapasha twenty-one times, Vaishravana will run and stand before one. He will bestow much wealth. He will accomplish whatever one desires. Without speaking, recite twenty-one times on the staff, and circumambulate seven times at the king's gate, the king and the queen's retinue will have power over oneself and wealth.
