ཁམས་སུ་སྐྱེ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ནོར་བུ་འདི་བཏགས་ན་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་བསྲུང་བ་བྱས་པར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་། དུག་དང་། མཚོན་དང། མེས་མི་ཚུགས་སོ། །དུག་བྱས་པ་ཡང་སྐྱེ་བར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ། །ནོར་བུ་འདི་བཏགས་པས་དུག་མེད་པར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་མྱུར་དུ་ཞི་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཚོར་བ་ སྐྱེ་བར་མི་འགྱུར་ཞིང་། བདེ་བར་ཞི་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རླུང་དང་སྤྲིན་དང་སེར་བ་གནོན་ན། ཆུ་ལ་ལན་བདུན་བཟླས་ཏེ། ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་གཏོར་ན་རླུང་དང་སྤྲིན་དང་སེར་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་མནན་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །བཟློག་པར་བྱ་ན་བལ་པོ་སེའུའི་ལྕུག་མས་བཟློག་པར་བྱའོ། །དྲན་པ་བསྐྱེད་ནས་འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་གི་སྤྱན་སྔར་མི་སྨྲ་བར་དོན་ཡོད་པའི་ཞགས་པའི་སྙིང་པོ་ལན་བདུན་བཟླས་ཏེ། ནོར་བུ་ཆུ་དྲོན་ལས་བཏང་བ་བྱས་ན་བཀླགས་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་སྟོང་འཛིན་པར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་། ཐོས་པ་མང་པོ་རྒྱ་མཚོ་བསགས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རྒྱལ་སྲིད་དང་། ཡུལ་འཁོར་དང་། བཙུན་མོ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པ་དབང་དུ་བྱ་བར་འདོད་ན་ལུས་བསྐུ་བ་བྱས་ན་གང་དུ་ཞུགས་པ་དེར་ཐམས་ཅད་དབང་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །པུས་མོ་གཉིས་ལ་བྱུགས་ན་ཆུ་ཀླུང་ཆེན་པོ་པུས་མོ་ནུབ་ཙམ་གྱིས་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་རྒལ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རྒྱལ་མཚན་གྱི་རྩེ་མོ་ལ་བཏགས་ཏེ། དམག་གམ། གཡུལ་ངོའམ་ཚོགས་པའི་ནང་ངམ། རི་ཁྲོད་དང་ཚང་ཚིང་དང་རི་སུལ་དང་དགོན་པར་ཕྱིན་པ་ན། བསྒྲེང་བ་བྱས་ན། བདེ་བ་དང་བདེ་ལེགས་སུ་རྒལ་བར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་ཆོམ་པོ་དང་། གཡོན་ཅན་དང་། རྐུན་པོ་དང་། གཅན་གཟན་གཏུམ་པོའི་འཇིགས་པས་མི་ཚུགས་པར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་བལྟར་མེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །བཙོན་ར་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་སོང་བ་ན་བྱུགས་པ་བྱས་ན། ཤིང་སྒྲོག་དང་། ཁོང་སྒྲིལ་དང་། ལྕགས་སྒྲོག་གིས་བཅིངས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཆག་གྲུགས་སུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །བདག་ཉིད་ལ་བསྐུས་ན་མཚོན་ཆ་མི་སྣང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །མིག་གཉིས་ལ་བསྐུས་ན་གཉིད་ལོག་པའི་ཚེ་རྨི་ལམ་ཆེན་པོ་རྨི་བར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་ཅི་ལྟར་བསམས་ཤིང་སྨོན་པ་སྣང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་སྐུ་སྟོན་པར་མཛད་ཅིང་ཐམས་ཅད་བཀའ་སྩོལ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ལ་མིག་ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་མི་ཚུགས་སོ། །ཁའི་ནང་དུ་བཞག་ན། གང་བླངས་པ་སྦྱིན་པར་བྱེད་ཅིང་དབང་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །གདོན་གྱིས་ཟིན་པ་ལ་དཔྲལ་བར་བྱུག་པ་བྱས་ན་བྱུགས་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་འབབ་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། ཐམས་ཅད་སྨྲ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ལག་མཐིལ་དུ་བསྐུས་ནས། གླང་པོ་ཆེ་ལ་རེག་ན་ དབང་དུ་འགྱུར་ཞིང་གར་བཏང་བ་དེར་འགྲོ་བར་འགྱུ

将在（好的）地方出生。如果佩戴此宝珠，将受到一切保护。毒、武器和火都无法伤害。即使下了毒，也不会（因此）死亡。佩戴此宝珠，毒会消失，并迅速平息。感觉 不会产生，会安乐寂静。如果压制风、云和冰雹，在水中念诵七遍，向天空抛洒，所有的风、云和冰雹都会被压制。如果要遣除，用尼泊尔苹果树的嫩枝遣除。生起忆念后，在圣观世音自在面前，不说话地念诵不空绢索心咒七遍，将宝珠放入温水中，仅仅诵读，就能记住千颂诗句，能积累如海般的广大学识。如果想要掌控王位、国土、妃嫔眷属，涂抹身体，无论进入何处，都能掌控一切。如果涂抹在双膝上，即使是巨大的河流，也能在没过膝盖时渡到对岸。如果系在旗帜顶端，去往军队、战场或集会中，或者去往寂静处、丛林、山谷或寺庙，竖立起来，就能安乐顺利地度过，强盗、邪恶者、盗贼和凶猛野兽的恐惧都无法侵袭，并且变得不可见。如果去往所有监狱，涂抹后，所有的木枷、捆绑和铁链都会断裂。如果涂抹在自己身上，武器会变得不可见。如果涂抹在双眼上，睡觉时会做大梦，并且会显现所思所愿。圣观世音自在会示现身形，并且会赐予一切教诲。一切眼疾都无法侵袭。如果放在口中，会布施所取之物，并且能掌控。如果给被鬼附身者涂抹在前额上，仅仅涂抹就会降伏，并且会说出一切。涂抹在手掌心，如果触摸大象， 就能掌控，并且会去往所引导的地方。

Will be born in (good) places. If this jewel is worn, one will be protected in all ways. Poison, weapons, and fire cannot harm. Even if poisoned, one will not (therefore) die. By wearing this jewel, poison will disappear and quickly subside. Feelings will not arise, and one will be peaceful and tranquil. If suppressing wind, clouds, and hail, recite seven times into water and scatter it into the sky, all wind, clouds, and hail will be suppressed. If wishing to avert, avert with a tender branch of a Nepali apple tree. Having generated mindfulness, in front of the noble Avalokiteśvara, without speaking, recite the heart essence of the Amoghapāśa seven times, and if the jewel is released from warm water, merely by reciting, one will be able to memorize a thousand verses, and accumulate vast learning like an ocean. If wishing to control kingship, territory, and consorts with retinues, if the body is anointed, wherever one enters, one will control everything. If smeared on both knees, even a great river can be crossed with the knees submerged. If tied to the top of a banner, and going to an army, battlefield, or gathering, or going to a solitary place, jungle, valley, or temple, if raised up, one will pass through in peace and well-being, and the fear of robbers, evildoers, thieves, and fierce wild animals will not be able to attack, and one will become invisible. If going to all prisons, if smeared, all wooden shackles, bindings, and iron chains will be broken. If smeared on oneself, weapons will become invisible. If smeared on the two eyes, when falling asleep, one will dream great dreams, and whatever one thinks and wishes will appear. The noble Avalokiteśvara will show his form and will bestow all teachings. All eye diseases will not be able to attack. If placed in the mouth, one will give away what is taken, and one will be able to control. If smeared on the forehead of one possessed by a spirit, merely by smearing, it will be subdued, and it will speak everything. Having smeared on the palm of the hand, if touching an elephant, one will be able to control it, and it will go wherever it is led.
