Or a monk who holds the knowledge mantra, or a nun, or a male lay devotee, or a female lay devotee, should make a square mandala with cow dung, making it very beautiful. Offer with sandalwood, offer with saffron, musk, and camphor, and then scatter various flowers. Place the noble Avalokiteśvara facing oneself. Place four vases filled with scented water, and place four water offering vessels and four small cups in the center of the scented water vases. Burn agarwood incense. Place the Bhagavati Prajñāpāramitā on top of the vases. Adorn with all kinds of ornaments and light four incense lamps. Make a grand offering. Adorn with banners. Make a mandala and sit in the center of the mandala in the lotus position. Recite one thousand and eight times. Recite the King of Wrathful Ones one hundred and eight times, then the six perfections will be complete, and the noble Prajñāpāramitā will manifest its form. All collections of virtuous roots will be complete. If you want to subdue hundreds of thousands of beings, recite one thousand and eight times on the top of a mountain. If you want to destroy all hatred, recite one thousand and eight times on a vajra or a trident. Threaten with the Amoghapāśa mudra, bind the threatening mudra of the King of Wrathful Ones, and recite angrily one hundred and eight times, throw it upwards into the sky, then all hatred, including demons, will be destroyed. If you want to accomplish all actions, accomplish all secret mantras, and have all wishes fulfilled and complete, bind the Amoghapāśa mudra and recite twenty thousand times, then you will become a great accomplished one. If you want all the Tathāgatas to empower you, recite thirty-two thousand times, then all the Tathāgatas will empower you, and likewise, empower with a vase of scented water. Fix your eyes on the image of the Tathāgata, including the relics, and recite one hundred thousand times, then you will attain the very body of the Tathāgata. Treading on the feet of the noble Avalokiteśvara, recite one hundred thousand times, then you will be with Avalokiteśvara...

It is shown that this can be accomplished by having compassion, joy, equanimity, shame, affection, love, and wisdom. The accomplishment of donning armor, obtaining all supreme accomplishments, and blazing with a heap of merit will occur. First, by reciting the King of Wrathful Ones, one should always make boundaries, bind directions, and bind lands, which is an extremely rare protection. All Tathagatas and those born with the nature of the Victorious Ones will be empowered and will don armor. If you wish to receive empowerment, then all the Victorious Ones will empower you. The Tathagata will reveal the truth. In the detailed and supreme ritual of the Unfailing King, when the King of Wrathful Ones is explained, the pure one should wear pure clothes, and with wisdom and the means of enlightenment, this can be accomplished, as prophesied by all the Tathagatas.
