Red eyes glaring in anger, Is a symbol of watching over the vows of yogis in the three realms. A fierce mouth opening like a homa pit, Is a symbol of saving from the Rudra who destroys the teachings. Sharp, poisonous fangs biting three-sidedly, Is a symbol of subduing the ten fields to be tamed. A field skin and sheepskin covering the body, Is a symbol of possessing the true dharma and meaning. A half-shawl of elephant hide wrapped around the waist, Is a symbol of possessing the meaning of the supreme vehicle. A black relde half-shawl wrapped around the waist, Is a symbol of possessing great power in this world. The sun rising from the navel hole, Is a symbol of drying up the ocean of suffering from its roots. The moon rising from the crown of the head, Is a symbol of dispelling the darkness of the three poisons and ignorance. Iron chains of power wrapped around the feet, Is a symbol of the union of skillful means and wisdom. The right hand holding a black human skin staff, Is a symbol of cutting off the suffering of birth and death from its roots. The left hand drinking from a large red skull cup, Is a symbol of drinking the suffering of samsara like blood. Riding a donkey facing backwards, Is a symbol of saving beings with wrong views.
