Vijayini Phat. (Tibetan: བི་ཛ་ཡི་ནི་ཕཊ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: विजयिनि फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: vijayini phaṭ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Victorious, Phat.) Mangalaya Phat. (Tibetan: མང་ག་ལཱ་ཡ་ཕཊ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: मंगलाय फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: maṃgalāya phaṭ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Auspicious, Phat.) This is the mantra of the Tathagata's vajra-spear. If it is perfectly combined with this mudra, all actions will be accomplished. It will paralyze all obstacles, all the unruly, all enemies, and even the gods. The benefits of this are limitless, and the more diligently it is applied, the more all actions will be accomplished. The fingers of the hands are intertwined in this way, the two hands are held up, the tips of the two index fingers are joined, then reversed and pointed downwards, and placed on the forehead. Even if you enter the battlefield, you will destroy the enemy's army just by seeing it. Even if you are not seen, you will accomplish immeasurable deeds. This was also spoken by the immeasurable Buddha, the Blessed One. Continuously join the palms together, touch the tips of the two index fingers together, without bending the knuckles, and also bend the two thumbs. This is the eye mudra of the Tathagata.
