Those bamboo arrows also turned into multi-storied buildings. This secret dharani of the great and vast precious palace, which is extremely and supremely abiding, also appeared in the sky as golden letters. The four great kings also held umbrellas from above and scattered flowers, saying, "A Buddha has appeared in the world!" And they proclaimed in a loud voice as follows: The lord of the nagas, the great king named Crown Jewel; the lord of the kumbhandas, the great king named Jewel Vajra; the lord of the creeping beings, the king named Jewel Light; and the lord of the yakshas, the great king named Jewel Vajra, with their retinues of thousands of yakshas, made offerings to those Bhagavat. That place also became the nature of the seven precious substances. All the flowering trees also became the nature of jewels. Vajrapani, at that time, at that moment, if you think that the one who arose from the bamboo arrows of the hermit and attained complete and perfect enlightenment and became a Buddha was someone else, you should not think that way. Why is that? Vajrapani, those are the Tathagatas of the stupa of the multi-storied building. This is also the place. This is also the world. This is also the multi-storied building of bamboo arrows. This is also the gathering of the bodhisattva retinue. When they become hermits, merely hearing this dharani, or merely meditating on its essence in their hearts, they will abandon the body of a hermit and attain complete and perfect enlightenment and become a Buddha. 那时金刚，彼时彼刻，哪里有称为净土者，以其对那些仙人和如来作供养和服侍，若认为那是另外的，则不应那样看。那是什么缘故呢？如来、应供、正等觉、善妙宝、光明炽盛、安住者，此即是称为净土之服侍者。他们对如来作了授记。之后，所有那些佛陀世尊都对如来释迦牟尼说了“善哉”。释迦牟尼，你以如此这般的佛土之种种神变加持，宣说了往昔之串习，并且如实开示了如来之秘密陀罗尼。此一切如来之秘密陀罗尼，是一切如来之母，一切如来之精华秘密，一切如来之法轮，一切如来趋至菩提心要之秘密，一切如来趋至金刚狮子座之秘密，一切如来之神变奇迹之秘密，一切如来之六度圆满之秘密，一切如来之般若波罗蜜多意趣之秘密，一切如来之明处之秘密，一切如来之坛城之秘密，一切如来之手印如实执持之秘密，一切如来之光芒遍布十方之秘密，一切如来之真实边际之秘密，一切如来之三摩地神变加持之秘密，一切如来之菩萨菩提心之庄严之秘密，一切菩萨被诸佛安置于一切之秘密，一切如来之三摩地证悟通达之秘密，此摧毁一切障碍之秘密，说得好啊。

Then Vajra, at that time, at that moment, wherever there is a place called Pure Land, with its offerings and services to those sages and Tathagatas, if one thinks that it is something else, one should not look at it that way. Why is that? The Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, the Auspicious Jewel, the Radiantly Shining, the Abiding One, this is the one who has become the servant of the Pure Land. They prophesied the Tathagata. Then, all those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, said "Well done" to the Tathagata Shakyamuni. Shakyamuni, with such blessings of the miraculous transformations of the Buddha-field, you have spoken of the past practices, and you have truly revealed the secret dharani of the Tathagata. This secret dharani of all the Tathagatas is the mother of all the Tathagatas, the secret essence of all the Tathagatas, the wheel of Dharma of all the Tathagatas, the secret of all the Tathagatas going to the heart of enlightenment, the secret of all the Tathagatas going to the Vajra Lion Throne, the secret of the miraculous manifestations of all the Tathagatas, the secret of the perfection of the six paramitas of all the Tathagatas, the secret of the intention of the Prajnaparamita of all the Tathagatas, the secret of the knowledge of all the Tathagatas, the secret of the mandala of all the Tathagatas, the secret of the perfect holding of the mudras of all the Tathagatas, the secret of the rays of light spreading in all directions of all the Tathagatas, the secret of the true limit of all the Tathagatas, the secret of the blessings of the Samadhi transformations of all the Tathagatas, the secret of the adornment of the Bodhisattva's Bodhicitta of all the Tathagatas, the secret of all Bodhisattvas being placed in everything by the Buddhas, the secret of the realization and understanding of the Samadhi of all the Tathagatas, this secret that destroys all obstacles, well said.

These rays illuminated all the Buddha-fields in the boundless and limitless realms of the world, inspired all the Tathagatas, and then returned, circumambulating the Bhagavan three times, and entered the space of the crown of his head. As soon as the rays entered, the Bhagavan filled everything with the great voice of Brahma and spoke this great vidya-mantra: Om, Sarva, Tathagata, Mani, Shata, Dipta, Jwala Jwala, Dharma Dhatu Garbhe, Mani Mani Maha Mani, Tathagata Hridaya Mani, Svaha. All the abodes of the maras were set ablaze, and all the gods of the mara hordes were frightened and terrified.
