Or the flesh of a cow. Or the ashes of Keshali, the blood of a horse, and the hair from the neck. Or all feathers, such as crow feathers, smeared with sesame oil. Or ashes mixed with one's own blood. Or the fruit of Arka smeared with ghee. Or with poison and blood. Or with salt and blood. Or with mustard and blood. Or a wrathful fire offering soaked in beef, salt, and blood, performed for nine days, will surely result in death. Or in a cemetery, a vessel made of copper or iron, filled with sesame oil and soaked, with the same ingredients as before, smeared with one's own vomit, or ghee, sesame oil, and a colorant, boil it, remove all the previous colors, and boil others, as much as desired beyond a hundred, perform the fire offering. Burn and offer crow feathers and ashes boiled and mixed with blood. This is a very fierce fire offering ritual. Pacification will occur through the burning offering of ghee. Or through bathing, or also by tying a thread. These actions of subduing malice will surely bind the malicious one. To pacify any malicious Naga, if done in this way at the root of the Naga's abode, it will immediately enter and die. Any malicious deity who harms the teachings, or harms many sentient beings, and a malicious Vidyadhara who steals possessions, or any malicious Yaksha, or any malicious Rakshasa, or a king, or a great minister of a king, or a messenger of a king, or a king of a region, who does what is not beneficial, to pacify those, perform the activity with wrath, and if one sees the benefit of benefiting the teachings and the benefit of many sentient beings, then combine it with this meaningful accomplishment. The mantras taught before the mandala should not be used for activities. Nor should it be done for small matters. For Miang, meat smeared with yogurt, honey, and ghee, in the abode of the great Lord (Mahadeva), perform a fire offering with boiled neem wood, or similarly, after performing the protection ritual, stab the image with a phurba and eat the food of the abode for seven days. 在伟大的（坛城）右侧，从上方用橛子钉住，念诵一百遍。或者在道路的十字路口，手持铁金刚念诵，那么人众将会完全平息。如果不下雨，就在河流的源头用鲜花供养，就能降雨。猛烈的（诛法）事业到此结束。 对于这三昧耶誓言所庄严的大幻化网续王之秘密真言门的行持方式，即使不洗澡也不会有过失。吃肉也没有禁忌。食用萝卜和蔓菁等也没有过失。食用残食也没有过失。然而，那些具有信心，发起菩提心，像对待上师一样恭敬诸佛和菩萨，特别重视佛教，喜欢远离喧嚣的人，将会迅速成就。在这里也不会出现邪见。也不会有障碍产生。这是以微小的努力就能实现有意义的目标。这是无有业障的。这个幻化网续，是通过显现无执著的菩提心来成就的，因此应该通过成就的方法来遵循它。这种在一切世间界中令人愉悦的成就方法，也应该习惯。为了使一切无余众生的利益和成就得以实现，应该毫无怀疑地将此应用于成就之方法。应该习惯于身、语、意在一切世间界中令人愉悦的这种行为。在此，应该祈祷诸佛和菩萨的加持，应该了解，并且应该用这个真言来成就诸佛和菩萨的一切所需。在此，应该按照诸佛和菩萨的一切教诲来修行。为了从如来那里获得“善哉”之语，并分别获得加持，应该修持真言。为了迅速转变依处，并获得极大的安乐甘露，应该用这个无有任何执著自性的幻化网续王之真言来修持。在此，要精进。

On the right side of the great (mandala), fix it from above with a stake and recite it a hundred times. Or, at the crossroads of a road, hold an iron vajra and recite, then the people will be completely pacified. If it does not rain, offer flowers at the source of the river, and it will cause rain to fall. The fierce (subjugation) activity ends here. For this practice of the secret mantra door of the King of Great Illusion Net Tantra, which is adorned with the three samaya vows, there will be no fault even if you do not bathe. There is no prohibition against eating meat. There is no fault in using radishes and turnips, etc. There is no fault in using leftovers either. However, those who have faith, generate bodhicitta, respect the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas as gurus, especially value the Buddha's teachings, and like to avoid noise, will quickly achieve success. Here, wrong views will not arise. Obstacles will not arise either. This is to achieve meaningful goals with little effort. This is without karmic obstacles. This Illusion Net Tantra is accomplished by manifesting the unattached bodhicitta, so it should be followed here by the method of accomplishment. This meaningful method of accomplishment, which is pleasing in all realms of the world, should also be practiced. In order to realize the benefit and accomplishment of all sentient beings without exception, this should be applied to the method of accomplishment without any doubt. One should become accustomed to this practice of body, speech, and mind being pleasing in all realms of the world. Here, one should pray for the blessings of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, one should understand, and one should accomplish all the needs of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas with this mantra. Here, one should practice according to all the teachings of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. In order to receive the word "Good!" from the Tathagatas and to receive blessings separately, one should practice the mantra. In order to quickly transform the support and to obtain the great nectar of bliss, one should practice with the mantra of this King of Illusion Net Tantra, which is the nature of non-attachment. Here, be diligent.
