The Tantra Called "The King Who Arranges the Three Vows." The Tantra Called "The King Who Arranges the Three Vows." In Sanskrit: Tri-samaya-vyuha-raja-nama-tantra. In Tibetan: The Tantra Called "The King Who Arranges the Three Vows." Homage to youthful Manjushri! Homage to all the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and noble Sangha who abide in the boundless realms of the ten directions! The mountain of qualities without center or end, immeasurable and boundless, arises as the supreme stupa of great offerings. The great offering, the holy one, is the lord of the great holy ones. Homage to the Sugata assembly born in the three times. Near the great vajra palace of the Dharma realm blessed by the Bhagavan Tathagata, the great Vajradhara closely gathers, the Tathagata rejoices and dances. The high peak of the great vajra without center or end, made of various kinds of precious king, on top of the great palace of the precious king, surrounded by a gathering of great Bodhisattvas, sits on a lion throne. Then, again, the Bhagavan, with the blessing of the great magical power of the realm of all the Tathagatas, made it vast, and spoke of the Tathagata-garbha as unobstructed and meaningfully accomplished. To this, son of lineage, this Tathagata-garbha is blessed by all the Buddhas. The Bodhisattva, endowed with skillful means and wisdom, in the door of mantra, practices the conduct of a Bodhisattva. Whatever action is done by this, even after hundreds of kalpas, the Tathagata will not show it, but will speak of it in brief. By this, the supreme person follows all sentient beings through boundless doors.
