Even offering the "Sa-bam" will surely bring kings and others under control. The fire offering to be done for the sake of illness is as follows: branches of medicinal trees, as well as emblic myrobalan, bitter fruits, and nima-pa, etc., in a place without concealment, offer water flowers, leaves, and monastery flowers to stupas, etc. Likewise, if you offer to stupas, etc., for seven days or more, as much as you can, you will surely be free from illness and able to control everything. For ghosts, use sesame oil and sour porridge, and for the kings of heretics, use mustard oil for the fire offering. For spirits, flesh-eaters, and rakshasas, etc., writing with ashes, etc., will make them flee, and there will be no beating, cutting, or binding. For protecting oneself, recite three times. For protecting others, reciting five times will make them stay. For those, tying knots, and water, mustard oil, earth, paint, hand seals, or even the mandala of the mind can cause death. Clapping hands, or tying knots, or through desire, one can also control and summon. Stakes, mantra knots, and water can also do everything. In short, thinking in the mind and reciting will make everything meaningful. If you want to descend to a naturally existing place, use sandalwood and agarwood incense, etc., and scatter mandala flowers. If you want to descend to a place possessed by ghosts, use ushira and ghee incense. All incense should be used with ghee. It should also be mixed with auspicious Pistaka, etc. Using it with ghee will pacify plagues on the fourth day, etc. Use all incense such as turmeric mixed with sesame oil. Use an iron stake to subdue fierce rakshasas and asuras, etc. For yakshas, use a stake made of milk. For nagas, use a stake made of neem wood. For vidyadharas, use a stake made of Sri Khanda. For gods, use a stake made of red sandalwood, or as you wish, recite twenty-one times and then insert it into the place where the statue is. After inserting it, if you are angry, set a boundary in that place.

Recite until some signs appear. With intense anger devoid of greed, pierce all enemies with the kīla. Pierce with the kīla those beings who hate the Dharma and those who hate other beings. May the glorious kīla pierce the army of the wicked king. To pierce the king with the kīla, a kīla made of champa wood can pierce the king. With a heap of human bones, one can pierce the obstructing spirits. Made of bone, made of iron, made of sandalwood, and made of light stone, all these should be applied to the wicked kīla. Even like piercing into emptiness, it will be pierced by the kīla due to the vajra nature. For binding, just reciting the grass leaf three times can even bind Indra. Liberation will occur by cutting. If applied completely, then imagining that Brahma and others are themselves bound by the mighty one holding the vajra in his hand, they will be bound. If one thinks of being liberated, one will be liberated. Even so, here one will also achieve control over the mind, and one will also have control over the vows. Therefore, here is an unobstructed and meaningful binding method: mixing mustard and rice flour with bitter substances and salt, then making the mudra of an iron chain, vajra, spear, vajra mandala, or vajra lasso, and performing a fire offering in the cemetery, one will be bound by a great binding. Alternatively, tying neem leaves and nipina together and performing a fire offering, one will be bound in the same way. Tying fenugreek, ketaka, and amla together, making a mudra, and performing a fire offering in the cemetery will result in binding. The Abhisamaya occurs as follows: with cemetery wood, along with bitter substances and salt, with Yama wood, in the cemetery or an empty house, or an old garden, or a bare land, angrily making the shape of a vajra from neem, then mixing bone powder with one's own blood and performing a fire offering, one will surely die in nine days. Alternatively, perform a fire offering with a large amount of meat and ghee together. Alternatively, perform a fire offering soaked in fish oil. Alternatively, offer with sesame oil.
