This is the command attendant called Immovable Blind One, who slays all the wicked. The practitioner must remember that this is the essential, meaningful heart-essence for destroying all obstacles. namaḥ samanta vajrāṇāṃ. Taṭa amogha caṇḍa mahā roṣaṇa sphoṭa myaṃ, gatra maye tra maye, hūṃ tra māyā tra māyā, hūṃ phaṭa hāṃ māṃ, sarva bighnaṃ stha byintu loga stu ṣa ti śhu cchiṣṭa piṇḍe nantu śate. If one recites this once over the remaining chang and gives it, one will perfectly attain the eight siddhis. By constantly following, one accomplishes what is beneficial and brings one closer. The bodies of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will also be blessed. The command attendants are complete. Then, the contemplation of briefly showing the common means of accomplishment of the female messengers and the male and female command attendants will arise. These are accomplished by reading. Making all actions meaningful, the essence itself.

Accomplishment is achieved through protection, etc. For those who are particularly devoted to the practice of the vidyā-mantra of the bodhisattva, it is accomplished without obstruction, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, and is meaningful. They also come near and dwell within the retinue. They also show themselves to be visible. For those who are to be summoned, etc., this is the iron hook called the Three Samayas. Namaḥ samanta amogha apratihata vajrāṇāṃ. Apratihata aṃkuśi ānaya hūṃ. Amogha mahābala aṃkuśi ānaya hūṃ. Mahā trisamayaṃ. Aṃkuśi ānaya hūṃ. Yaṃ sa hūṃ. Samāṃkini hūṃ hūṃ. Taṭa taṭa. Vajre vajre ta. Vajre kaṭa kaṭa. Vajre taṭi taṭi. Taṃ kuru kuru. Samayaṃ vajra mahāvarā. Vikrame ānaya śīśī ghraṃ. Staṃbhaya satana badhāya svāre. Trivalini mocini mocaya. If practice is done, it will be well practiced. Through these contemplation rituals, the essence of the tathāgata's treasury, the infinite siddhis, will be accomplished. The eight siddhis, including the supreme siddhi, will be fully attained.
