After reciting, all the substances for attaining the vidyādhara of Dongro or eye medicine, etc., must be accomplished. For all activities such as subjugation, accomplishment is achieved by reciting. Entering this mountain and reciting three million times, one will see the Tathāgata. Having seen, one will excellently attain dhāraṇīs and so forth. In secluded and empty mountains and so forth, sit in the vajra posture. Without changing the vajra posture, reciting throughout the night with the Tathāgata as the object, then at midnight or at sunrise, the body will blaze intensely. Having blazed, the body transforms, and one will become a vidyādhara. Draw the mount of the deity, sit on it, and recite throughout the night, the mount of the deity will become made of jewels, and one will go wherever one wishes in the sky. This vidyā is naturally accomplished, so even if one has not practiced it beforehand, one should perform it according to the ritual. Or perform it according to the ritual of the supreme vidyā that has been spoken, or because one does not possess the means, one should accomplish it through activity according to what one desires or according to one's inclination. This conceptualization should be adjusted according to the ritual, as one wishes in one's mind. Or if one wishes to accomplish a thangka, one should draw the thangka, that is, the form of the Tathāgata seated on a lotus seat. On the right, draw the noble Vajrapāṇi seated on a lotus seat, with hands folded, surrounded by light. On the left of the Bhagavan, draw Ākāśagarbha, golden in color, adorned with all ornaments, with a hair knot, with hands folded, seated on a lotus seat, with a chain of light. Below that, draw the wrathful one, black and green, with one lock of hair, named Mahābhairava, a young woman, the right hand holding and brandishing a vajra, with a chain of jewels, seated on a rock, with a chain of flames, wearing crimson clothes, eyes slightly red, subduing obstacles. Below the noble Vajrapāṇi, draw the practitioner prostrating. For this thangka, one should perform the rituals of this conceptualization, or perform it as one wishes. The second thangka is the consort and retinue of Bhairava, with hair hanging down, the body with a chain of light. For such a thangka, also like before

These rituals should be added. Whether or not one possesses skillful means, this Sky Eye is meaningful. Whether or not one possesses merit, it should be applied extensively, and whoever does so will surely succeed, for it perfectly fulfills desires. The wise should understand this. The contemplation called "Mother of Bodhisattvas, the Sky Eye" is complete. Then, again, the Bhagavan, having entered into such a samadhi that makes the realm of activity of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas manifestly joyful, spoke this mantra for the sake of saving sentient beings who have become miserable: Namo Sarva Buddha Bodhisattvānām (Tibetan: ན་མཿསརྦ་བུདྡྷ་བོ་དྷི་སཏྭཱ་ནཱཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: नमः सर्व बुद्ध बोधिसत्वानां, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: namaḥ sarva buddha bodhisattvānāṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas), Ārya Āgāje Ananā Viśāyani (Tibetan: ཨཱཪྱ་ཨཱ་གཱ་ཛེ་ཨ་ན་ནྷཱ་བི་ཤཱ་ཡ་ནཱི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: आर्य आगाजे अनन्धा विशायानि, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ārya āgāje anandhā viśāyani, literal Chinese meaning: Noble Āgāje Without Blindness Spreading), Araje Viraje (Tibetan: ཨ་ར་ཛེ་བི་ར་ཛེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अरजे विरजे, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: araje viraje, literal Chinese meaning: Without Dust, Away from Dust), Hūṃ Trākara Svāhā (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་ཏྲཱ་ཀ་ར་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं त्राकर स्वाहा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ trākara svāhā, literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ Trākara Svāhā). When all the Buddhas, Spoke this secret mantra, It became exceedingly vast and playful, Appearing in the sky. Before the practices cultivated by Bodhisattvas in the gate of secret mantras, the nature of the greatness of this activity was spoken, called "The King of Vast and Limitless Rituals that Purifies the Realm of Sentient Beings in an Instant." All these rituals should be combined with this, or performed according to the desired ritual. The ritual of essential contemplation should be combined twofold, or equally. Then, the Bodhisattva, having entered into the samadhi called "Vajra Body," called "The Basis of the Gate Without Attachment," spoke this summit of the Great Queen of Knowledge: Namo Sarva Buddha Bodhisattvānām (Tibetan: ན་མཿསརྦ་བུདྡྷ་བོ་དྷི་སཏྭཱ་ནཱཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: नमः सर्व बुद्ध बोधिसत्वानां, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: namaḥ sarva buddha bodhisattvānāṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas), Trī Trī Trī (Tibetan: ཏྲཱི་ཏྲཱི་ཏྲཱི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्री त्री त्री, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: trī trī trī, literal Chinese meaning: Trī Trī Trī), Aha Aha Bhismaye (Tibetan: ཨ་ཧ་ཧ་བྷི་སྨ་ཡེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अह अह भिस्मये, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: aha aha bhismaye, literal Chinese meaning: Aha Aha Bhismaye), Namo Sarva Tathāgatānām (Tibetan: ནམཿསརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏཱ་ནཱཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: नमः सर्व तथागतानां, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: namaḥ sarva tathāgatānāṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Homage to all Tathāgatas), Asa Dṛśesa Sāhā (Tibetan: ཨ་ས་དྲྀ་ཤེས་སཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अस दृशेस साहा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: asa dṛśesa sāhā, literal Chinese meaning: Unequaled Svāhā). The Buddhas know that this summit of the Great Queen of Knowledge, called "Perfect and Limitless," should be combined with these very rituals. Then, the Bodhisattva, having entered into the samadhi called "Equal to the Sky," called "Completely Equal to the Sky," spoke this summit of the Queen of Knowledge: Namo Sarva Buddha Bodhisattvānām (Tibetan: ན་མཿསརྦ་བུདྡྷ་བོ་དྷི་སཏྭཱ་ནཱཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: नमः सर्व बुद्ध बोधिसत्वानां, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: namaḥ sarva buddha bodhisattvānāṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas), Aha Aha Ha (Tibetan: ཨ་ཧ་ཧ་ཧ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अह अह ह, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: aha aha ha, literal Chinese meaning: Aha Aha Ha), Mahā Muni Bhismaye (Tibetan: མ་ཧཱ་མུ་ནི་བྷི་སྨ་ཡེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: महा मुनि भिस्मये, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: mahā muni bhismaye, literal Chinese meaning: Great Sage Bhismaye), Hara Hara (Tibetan: ཧ་ར་ཧ་ར།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हर हर, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hara hara, literal Chinese meaning: Hara Hara), Traya Traya (Tibetan: ཏྲ་ཡ་ཏྲ་ཡ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्रय त्रय, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: traya traya, literal Chinese meaning: Traya Traya), Viśodhake Namo Sarva Tatāgate Bhyaḥ Svāhā (Tibetan: བི་ཤོ་དྷ་ཀེ་ནམཿསརྦ་ཏ་ཏཱ་ག་ཏེ་བྷྱཿསྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: विशोधके नमः सर्व ततागते भ्यः स्वाहा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: viśodhake namaḥ sarva tatāgate bhyaḥ svāhā, literal Chinese meaning: Purifier Homage to all Tathāgatas Svāhā).
