Thus, all the families of vidyadharas gather, and one will receive empowerment. From then on, wandering in the sky in all realms of the world, following the mandala of the retinue of all tathagatas, engaging in the bodhisattva conduct of making great offerings, dwelling in bliss, being worshiped by all gods, nagas, and yakshas, one will become the great king of vidyadharas, making all vidyadharas rejoice. Even though enjoying limitless retinues of women, it will not diminish, and without abandoning this body, one will follow in bliss. By this method, one will eventually attain even the wisdom body of the buddhas and bodhisattvas. As for weapons such as wheels, as appropriate, with nautilus shell, eye medicine, bear bile, ox gallstone, cloth, kusha grass, jewels, peacock feathers, vessels, shoes, umbrellas, yak-tail fans, victory banners, pennants, lotuses, utpala flowers, swords made from tala leaves, water knives, knives, khatvangas, etc., or even with remaining substances, one should accomplish it. Whatever one desires, or combined with vidya mantras, secret mantras, or other rituals of discernment, or the substances spoken of in the Tathagatagarbha, or the rituals spoken of in the Tathagatagarbha, or by performing sadhana with whatever ritual one desires, by that alone one will become a vidyadhara. This is the ritual for taking siddhis from all buddhas and bodhisattvas. In one direction as shown before, in front of a stupa, a statue, or a sacred Dharma text, or in front of any of them, having made a mandala with scattered flowers, whether one makes offerings of incense, flowers, garlands, etc., as much as one can afford, or not, sitting near on a kusha grass seat, either with the hand or otherwise, holding substances such as nautilus shell, placing them between leaves, or between cloths, or in vessels of iron, silver, or gold, and reciting until it burns, likewise, how much merit

Just like that, one will become a vidyadhara. This is called "Not to be Stolen by Others," and it is the ritual of the Bodhisattva Vehicle practitioners who are skilled in means. Through this ritual, one should practice in secluded and empty mountains, by rivers, by lakes, in pleasant gardens, under a single tree, in monasteries, at the base of stupas with relics, where Buddha images reside, or in other secluded places such as the inner chambers of temples. One should be free from distractions, accustomed to recollecting the Buddha, possess a mind that benefits all sentient beings, have diligence, have faith, be without miserliness, and with a mind free from doubt, not even considering one's body and life. Furthermore, the common ritual for all is to abide in secluded and empty places such as mountains, riverbanks, and the surfaces of flowing rivers, accompanied by sacred Dharma texts, confessing sins in the three times, rejoicing in the accumulation of merit and wisdom, and then supplicating before the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, reciting until signs appear. On the first day of the waxing moon, like the previous ritual, one should fast for one day and one night, and then take any of the substances mentioned earlier and recite until it burns, and in that way, one will become a vidyadhara. This meaningful supreme wisdom is self-accomplished, unobstructed, and accomplishes the fulfillment of one's heart's desires. The more one diligently practices, the more one will accomplish. Because self-accomplishment is achieved through reading, merely reciting accomplishes all desires. One can practice like the meaningful visualization ritual, or practice in whatever way one desires. Alternatively, if one wishes to create a thangka, then the Bhagavan should be depicted seated in the vajra posture on a lotus seat. On the right side of the Bhagavan, draw the noble Vajrapani surrounded by universally blazing light, and the light rays emanating from the Bhagavan's crown, manifestly bestowing empowerment. On the left side of the Bhagavan is the queen called "Supreme Vidya," golden in color, with matted hair, wearing clean garments.

Undivided, seated on a lotus throne, palms joined towards the Bhagavan, adorned with a garland of light. Below the Bhagavan's mother, draw the retinue called "Infinite," holding a sword and lasso in their hands, blue-black in color, wrathful and agitated, wearing red and yellow garments, with furrowed brows, cutting off all obstacles, seated on a precious rock. Below the noble Vajrapani, draw the practitioner with palms joined, seated on a lotus stem of a precious rock, surrounded by flower vines. In front of such a painting, how should one pray with this ritual? It can also be combined with other visualization rituals. Other paintings of the supreme vidya, also draw them meditating, seated upon a red lotus. Below that, draw the messenger "Infinite," holding a sword and lasso in his hand, the same as before. In this painting, also perform all those actions. Other rituals, in a secluded place such as a mountain, sit in the lotus position, visualize the Tathagata with the Bodhisattvas, recite the name, and if you recite without breaking the lotus position, even if you have not practiced before, you will become a vidyadhara at dawn or midnight. Possessing incomparable power, you will become an object of worship for the non-returning vidyadharas, and all beings will worship you. Whoever obtains this supreme vidya will be blessed by all the Buddhas. All the Vajra families will protect it truthfully. Through methods such as fire offerings, one can summon gods and nagas, and other wishes in the mind should be accomplished as in other visualization rituals. The ritual of the Tathagatagarbha should be combined with a double vow. The Tathagata truly appears, called the perfection of the supreme vidya. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva named Vajra Wheel enters the samadhi called viewing all Buddha lands. Then, by the blessings of all the Tathagatas, the letter of Vajra force.
