Having spoken thus, Vajrapani addressed the Blessed One as follows: "Blessed One, the time has come! Sugata, the time has come!" Then, at that time, the Blessed One entered into the samadhi called "Bestowing the Abhisheka of the Place of Unobstructed Power." As soon as the Blessed One had entered into samadhi, the Queen of Vidyas, the Powerful One Unobstructed in All Things, possessing the power of the Unequal and the Equal, causing entry into the Samaya, and possessing the Three Powers, arose. namaḥ samanta buddhānāṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: नमः समन्त बुद्धानां, Romanized Sanskrit: namaḥ samanta buddhānāṃ, Literal meaning: Homage to all Buddhas!), asame trisame samaye svāhā (Tibetan, Devanagari: असमे त्रिसमे समये स्वाहा, Romanized Sanskrit: asame trisame samaye svāhā, Literal meaning: Unequalled, three-equalled, samaya, svāhā!). Secret Lord, this Queen of Vidyas is truly taught by all the Tathagatas, does not transgress the boundaries of the path of the Three Dharmas, and is the one who perfects the Bhumis and Paramitas. Her mudra is as follows: Join the two hands in the hollow of the palms, and raise the two thumbs. This mudra is the Great Mudra, belonging to all the Buddhas who protect. The Samaya of all the Buddhas resides in this mudra. The two hands are also held in fists by the wise, the two thumbs are bent inward, and the two index fingers are raised. This mudra is the Great Mudra, the diverse aspects of the Dharmadhatu. Similarly, reverse and cross all the fingers of the two hands, and touch the two thumbs together. This glorious mudra is proclaimed as the Wheel of Dharma. The Protectors, the Lords of the World, turn this wheel. Similarly, join the two hands in the Anjali mudra, and place the two index fingers on top of the two thumbs, making it like a sword. Of all the Buddhas who protect, this Great Mudra is the Sword Mudra. With this, one cuts off the Sahaja Satkayadrishti (co-emergent view of the aggregates). Join the palms of your hands together, and wrap your two index fingers around your two thumbs, making a shape like a conch shell. This glorious and sacred mudra is proclaimed as the "Dharma Conch". It is in this world that it teaches the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas the path of peaceful Nirvana and the Dharma that is free from dust. The secret mantra is: Namaḥ Samanta Buddhānāṃ (藏文：ན་མཿས་མནྟ་བུད་དྷཱ་ནཱཾ།，梵文天城体：नमः समन्त बुद्धानां，梵文罗马拟音：namaḥ samanta buddhānāṃ， 汉语字面意思：Greetings to all Buddhas!), Sarvathā Oṃ (藏文：སརྦྦ་ཐཱ་ཨོྃ།，梵文天城体：सर्वथा ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：sarvathā oṃ，汉语字面意思：Everything Oṃ). Similarly, extend all the fingers of both hands from the joined palms, making a shape like a bell. Touch the tips of both thumbs and little fingers together, and touch the two index fingers and middle fingers together. This glorious and sacred lotus mudra is the indestructible vajra seat of all the Buddhas who protect. It is there that the guide attains enlightenment, and all the victorious ones and their sons are born from this and become enlightened. The crown mudra is vast, and is proclaimed as the crown. Merely binding this, one becomes the supreme victor. Clench the right hand into a fist and place it at the eyebrow. This mudra by the sacred victor is proclaimed as the "Urna". Merely binding this, one becomes the supreme victor.
