于阎魔之莲瓣上，殊胜施予虚空善女亦，善妙安住珍宝座。面容青色目洁白，含笑具有宝珠之颏，颈饰珍宝鬘殊胜，足镯手镯皆珍宝，如意宝珠之手者，布施度之意念者。其后具慧者极行，于西亦如是，以具光辉者善妙书写。莲花所生迷人女，持鲜红衣裳清净母，顶髻以宝冠装饰母，蛇饰种种身者母，绸缎珍宝所覆盖母，莲花开放之结合，以具有手之叶瓣者，安住于月亮之座。具有众多太阳之光芒，当如何如理书写耶？其后往北之后，行已，勇士当书写者，不动面容名声大，如酥油灯燃烧般，以白色绸缎善妙覆盖，顶髻具有宝珠宝冠妙，顶饰种种庄严所装饰，持金刚铃之手妙，具有种种饰品与衣裳者，安住于月亮之座。充满光芒之坛城殊胜。其后于边角之莲瓣上，花朵焚香具香气母，金刚显现清净母之，供养以咒明书写。色声香味与触，于自己之本方也。于莲瓣莲瓣一切处，欢笑妩媚与大音声，舞蹈之手印极著名，咒士当努力书写之。莲花所生之莲瓣上，于一切处书成就。于诸门一切处，门守护乃四种，于外亦有天等，名字当善妙书写。其后沐浴涂身已，以花朵焚香等熏香，种种衣裳善穿已，以花鬘与衣裳庄严，具有顶髻宝冠且，以美丽绸缎善妙覆盖，手持金刚铃，以善妙结合之行相。其后当勾招一切，金刚母大力母，以遮遣与真实之手印，念诵金刚萨埵之后，以金刚之结合作舞，三次右绕已，金刚母之坛城。

On the beautiful lotus petals of Yama, the supreme giver, the virtuous sky woman, too, is well-seated on a precious throne. Her face is blue, her eyes are white, she has a smiling, jewel-like chin, a supreme necklace of precious gems, precious anklets and bracelets, hands with wish-fulfilling jewels, and the intention of the perfection of generosity. Then, the wise one goes forth, and likewise to the west, it is well-written by the glorious one. The captivating woman born from water, the pure mother holding red garments, whose crown is adorned with a diadem, a mother with various serpent ornaments on her body, a mother covered with silk and jewels, in the union of opening a lotus, with hands adorned with petals, she sits perfectly on a moon seat. Possessing the light of many suns, how should it be written according to reason? Then, having gone to the north, the hero should write, the immovable one with a famous face, like a burning butter lamp, covered perfectly with white silk, with a beautiful jewel diadem on her crown, adorned with various crown ornaments, with beautiful hands holding a vajra bell, possessing various ornaments and garments, she sits perfectly on a moon seat. The supreme mandala filled with light. Then, on the petals of the corners, flowers, incense, and fragrant mothers, the offerings of the pure Vajra Manifesting Mother are written with mantra and knowledge. Form, sound, smell, taste, and touch, each in its own direction. On each and every petal, laughter, charm, and great sound, the famous mudra of dance, the mantra practitioner should strive to write. On the lotus petals born from the lotus, write accomplishment in all places. On all the doors, the four gatekeepers, and outside, the gods and so forth, their names should be written correctly. Then, having bathed and anointed the body, fumigate with flowers, incense, and so on, wear various fine garments, adorned with flower garlands and clothes, possessing a topknot and diadem, and covered perfectly with beautiful silk, holding a vajra bell in her hand, with the appearance of a good union. Then, summon all, Vajra Mother, Great Ascetic Mother, with the mudras of aversion and reality, having recited Vajrasattva, dance with the union of the vajra, having circumambulated three times to the right, the mandala of Vajra Mother.
