This Prajñāpāramitā principle, called "The Wisdom Mudra of Avalokiteśvara, the Lord of Compassion," is spoken as follows: By the very nature of the complete purification of all desires, all hatred in the world will also become completely purified. By the very nature of the complete purification of all defilements, all sins in the world will also become completely purified. Because of the complete purification of all dharmas, all sentient beings in the world will also become completely purified. Because of the complete purification of all knowledge, the Prajñāpāramitā in the world will also become completely purified. Vajrapani, whoever hears, holds, reads, and meditates on this Prajñāpāramitā principle, even if he dwells in all desires and defilements, will not be tainted by the faults of desire, defilements, and sudden afflictions, just like a lotus. He will quickly manifest and fully awaken to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Thereafter, the Bodhisattva Mahāsattva Avalokiteśvara, the Lord of Compassion, further extensively revealed this very place of meaning, with a radiant and smiling face. He gazed upon the lotus petals opening without being tainted by desires and other defilements, and for the sake of all beings, he spoke this essence called "Various Forms of the Lotus." Hrīḥ. Thereafter, merely by speaking this, from that great lotus, all the images of the Tathāgatas and others, certainly appeared as forms marked with lotuses, resembling the Bhagavan, and remained in the form of the first-order mandala of the Bhagavan Avalokiteśvara. Thereafter, the Bhagavan Avalokiteśvara, dwelling in the samādhi called "The Wisdom Mudra of the Lord of Wisdom Who Sees All Dharmas," spoke this great mandala called "Subduing All Beings." How the outer mandala is, the second one inside should be drawn as a square with four corners, similarly equipped with doors and boundaries. Then, in the form of an eight-petaled mandala, draw lines with four lines, and then draw eight lotus petals with red paint. In the center of the lotus, the Bhagavan should be placed. In front of it, the great lotus of the Bhagavan should be formed.

The body is red in color, holding the form of a lotus. Holding a great lotus, bow, and arrow. On the right, place the wrathful lord of the Bhagavan Great Lotus, holding the form of the Great Lord. Behind, place the Great Lotus, holding the form of the All-Pervading Lord, with a black body. On the left, place the Great Lotus, the lord of the Saha world, holding the form of Brahma, with a white body. On the right side, place the Great Lotus, the earth holder. In the second direction, place the Great Lotus, the ocean water god's form holder. In the third, place the Great Lotus, the sun-like form. In the fourth, place the Great Lotus, the wind's form holder. In the outer mandala's directions, place the four goddesses Shri, Hri, Giti, and Giti, all holding their own symbols in their right hands and lotuses in their left hands. At the doors, place the symbols of desire, hatred, delusion, and transcendence of sorrow, such as the form of a woman, the form of a snake, the form of a pig, and the form of a lotus. Then, wearing white clothes and covering the face with white cloth, bind the great lotus mudra with flowers, enter, and throw away the flowers. Wherever the flowers fall, practice that. Then, take the lotus and empower with the name of the lotus, saying this during the empowerment, and look at the lotus petals: Just as this red lotus is not stained by the faults of color, but is pure in the mud, so are desire, hatred, and so on. If one meditates on the dharmas in this way, even if a wise person is bound by afflictions, they will be liberated from all afflictions and quickly attain Buddhahood. By looking at this samadhi, one will attain the mastery of all the Tathagatas, and then be named Bhagavan Avalokiteshvara. From then on, all things of oneself will become extremely pure and auspicious, and all siddhis will be experienced until the essence of enlightenment, and one will quickly attain Buddhahood. The extensive ritual for introducing disciples is also the same. The wisdom mandala is complete.
