The Bhagavan, the Tathagata of all dharmas without elaboration, again explained this mode of the Prajnaparamita called "Rotating Letters Like a Wheel." By the principle of no self-nature, all dharmas are empty. By the principle of no characteristics, all dharmas are without characteristics. By the principle of no aspiration, all dharmas are without aspiration. Because the Prajnaparamita is completely pure, all dharmas are naturally luminous. Then, the Bhagavan Manjushri Kumara greatly revealed this meaning, smiling, and with that sword touched all the Tathagatas, and spoke this supreme essence of the Prajnaparamita. A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a, literal Chinese meaning: A). Then, just by saying this, he caused all the Tathagatas to gather, and resided in the manner of the first mandala. Then, Manjushri Kumara, because all dharmas are without self-nature, resided in the samadhi called the Sword of Non-elaboration, and spoke this mandala called Rotating Letters Like a Wheel. Inside the outer mandala, draw a wheel as it appears, and write the garland of letters such as A in order. Then, draw lines in the manner of an eight-petaled mandala, and in its center place the Bhagavan Manjushri Kumara, wearing the attire of a youth, smiling, with the color of the sky, possessing four arms, and touching all the Tathagatas with a sword. In front of him and so on, place the bodies of the Tathagatas. On the outer boundaries, place the four Prajnaparamitas as they have been received. At the doors, place the four signs. That is, the sword, spear, begging bowl, and scriptures. Then, in this way, empower the Dharma teacher with the mudra of the sword and scriptures. Then, take the sword and empower with the name of the sword, and at the empowerment, this Dharma should be spoken as follows: This sword is a constant companion. This principle of wisdom should be declared. By the union of the sky and the Buddha, if one can touch, then swift accomplishment will occur. For the sake of protecting the Buddha's teachings, and protecting many sentient beings.

Therefore. Killing with this does not become sinful, And will also obtain many merits. It is the same for the disciples, With the accomplishments of the perfection of wisdom, they will quickly attain the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment. This is the Dharma wheel. Practice is also the same. Even without practice, deeds will be accomplished, Obtaining the Samadhi of emptiness is due to meditating on everything as space. Obtaining the signless Samadhi, Is due to meditating on the Samadhi free from signs. Obtaining the wishless Samadhi is due to meditating on wishlessness. Obtaining the wisdom of Dharma-nature, which is naturally luminous, is due to meditating on the perfection of wisdom. Cutting off all afflictions is due to meditating on the Dharma. Obtaining the wisdom of the definitive words of all letters is due to meditating on the wisdom without elaboration. In all places, seeing the activities of the Dharma through letters is due to meditating on the essence of letters such as A. Obtaining the enlightenment of all Tathagatas is through the mudra of the Vajra sword. From the Great Bliss Vajra Infallible Samaya's Great King of Tantras, the Samaya of revolving letters like a great wheel, called the Great King of Tantras, is complete. The Emanation of Manjushri. Then, the Blessed One, among the wheels of all the Tathagatas, the Tathagatas again explained this way of entering the Great Wheel Perfection of Wisdom. Entering into the Vajra Equality is entering into the wheel of all the Tathagatas. Entering into the Equality of Meaning is entering into the wheel of the Bodhisattva Mahasattva. Entering into the Equality of all Dharmas is entering into the wheel of the Holy Dharma. Entering into the Equality of all is entering into all the wheels. Then, as soon as the Bodhisattva generates the mind, turning the wheel of Dharma, extensively showing this meaning of Dharma-nature, with a face extremely relaxed, turns the Vajra wheel.
