It is imperative that future sentient beings, by merely hearing the name, be completely liberated from the paths of the three lower realms, and be born in the happy realms of the gods or in the human world, so that they may attain the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment. Then, the Bhagavan, in order to bless Indra and Brahma, and other sons of the gods, with the essence of all the Tathagatas, entered into the Samadhi called "Vajra Blessing of Meaningful Non-Eating Ghosts." Then, again, from his heart, he extracted this mantra and blessed those gods to be bound by oath. Oṃ sarva vidyā vajra adhiṣṭhāna jñāna samaya hūṃ. Having thus entered into Samadhi, and having blessed them with the Vajra blessing of non-eating ghosts and non-intrusion, he extracted from his own heart the essence of all the Tathagatas, called "King Who Completely Purifies All Lower Realms." After completely abandoning the obscurations, they will also experience happiness in all the Tathāgata families, or deva families, or anywhere else. King of the gods, in short, all the benefits and happiness of the world or beyond the world will be experienced.
